From our salesman Dean who quoted our price and took measurements to our two installation men, we are very satisfied with Reliance and would recommend them to any other family looking for a furnace and/or air conditioner. They were on time, courteous and got the job done properly and in good time. Thanks.

We live in Sudbury, On. and required a service call for a leaking hot water tank. I tried contacting the company through the webpage email form. I did this twice with no response. This process was over a period of 5 days. A garbled message was left and I had to try Star 69 to determine the phone number of the caller. I called and called and called and called and no one answered the phone. My husband ended up driving to the company office to finally speak to someone. The manager agreed it was a frustrating experience and said help would be given within a half hour. A call was made to our house and said a serviceman would be at our home later in the evening between 7 and 11 pm. A very pleasant, polite an obliging young man arrived before 7 pm and quickly went about his job. He replaced the old unit with a new one. The job took less than an hour. His name is Matt and his Service # is 1920. He is an asset to this company. I would suggest to you that after our terrible experience with the call centre that you consider changing your Customer Service telephone people. We tried contacting them for several days and never got anyone to answer. We wasted a lot of time. Matt is the main reason I rate the review at 8. We are pleased to receive a replacement unit for our rental but the time spent trying to contact a service rep and the ensuing frustration was unacceptable. Keep the phone service local. Our hot water rental company (Reliance) contracted our service with Flan Air. After no hot water on a Friday, Stephen from Flan Air came out Saturday and called to offer to come early before our scheduled time on the day. This worked out great. Stephen was punctual, personable, explained everything very well and made sure that our problem was resolved right the first time. You can tell he is a real professional with lots of experience. Instead of doing a quick fix and dashing out, he went the extra mile and took the time to ensure the symptoms didn't return. After a thorough diagnosis he arranged for a crew to be dispatched to install a brand new tank, who arrived in under an hour. Less than a 24 hour turn around on the weekend, and it would have been even faster but we could not accommodate the earlier appointment. I can't recommend their service enough!

Rick, the gas technician, was very efficient, punctual and knowledgeable. He explained the tune-up procedure every step of the way. When I asked him about my water heater he explained into detail what can be done. He immediately made arrangements for the replacement and installation of a new water heater. I can only recommend him and Reliance Home Comfort to anyone.

When requested, Reliance was here at our home to discuss options and prices within 3 days. Installation was excellent and timely. Within 48 hours! Very satisfied so far. Installers explained operation and controls very well. Reliance has never let us down.

Excellent service from the initial customer service rep to the technicians installing the furnace/air conditioner. Great communication/questions answered in friendly and helpful manner. Would recommend Reliance to all family and friends

The sales rep Mike MacDonald was a great guy, very professional, understandable, explained the product and it's features without trying to over sell it but with a reasonable sales pitch leaving in my hands to make the final decision. we had a good time during the whole conversation. I would certainly recommend his and his company to everyone.

Our furnace and air conditioner were very old, and it was time to update. I requested a quote, and also asked about updating our water tank. Amy came over to do the measurements and go over options. She was fantastic (-: The price was lower than expected! I had all three replaced a week later (-: Friendly and courteous (-: I would highly recommend (-: Great open communication and fast results!!

Tom Gianitsopulos of the missisauga, laird drive office was one of three quotes for the above work I needed. Tom was polite, efficient and explained exactly what we needed, answered all my questions and beat other competitor prices. Tom has done follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly and to make sure we are happy.......extremely pleased with the service we received from Tom.

Service tech Daryl (#2109) was courteous, quick, and professional. New tank in, old tank out and new venting all done in less than 2 hours. All company correspondence to date has been prompt and professional. These guys actually deliver on their promises... unlike MANY other similar companies. Makes the rental fee worthwhile.
