    Service

    The furnace was making a loud noise. We called Reliance home comfort to come and take a look at it.Paul was here in less then 4 hours.Paul was friendly and courteous he explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Paul Fixed our furnace in a timely and professional manner. Thank you Paul very much for excellent service.

    Furnace & A/C

    I received wonderful service from Steve from the London office. I booked to have my furnace & A/C inspected as well as deal with a unique issue of a bird stuck in the exhaust vent. Although customer service provided incorrect information, Steve corrected the situation and helped me and my family by removing the bird and inspecting my heating system. He even fixed the thermostat for us. I was so impressed with the service from Steve that I would recommend the Protection plan to anyone! Thank you so much!!

    A/C no cool

    Rick came out and got my a/c up and working super fast. Very polite and friendly service tech. Rick took time to review my system with me and offer a plan to meet my future needs that is reasonable to my budget. Thanks Rick

    hot water tank

    David called before he came, he took off his shoes when inside, he cleaned the hot water tank and fixed the sensor, and all with a pleasant atmosphere, very professional. Gold Star!

    a/c furnace tune up

    Scott, the technician, professional, very thorough inspection, was appreciated. This was the best annual service check up that I have received from Reliance. Gives me confidence to remain with Reliance.

    Protection Plan

    No response to date to my letter of April 22nd, several telephone conversations and still no response. No bills arrived and I believed the service was CANCELLED. A Collections Agency sent a letter wanting payment for a service I believed was cancelled. I have tried to be patient with this situation but I am completely frustrated and will be absolutely sure to share my terrible experience with ALL my friends and family about the lack of respect for their customers this company has.

    Spring Service Call

    He called before he came, he wore his little booties when inside, he cleaned the furnace, replaced the filter, checked the A/C and all with a pleasant atmosphere, very professional. Gold Star!

    No hot water

    I called Reliance about having no hot water, they sent the work order out and I then received a call from Go Heating very shortly after i had gotten off the phone from Reliance saying they would be coming out. They came very fast and were friendly and great to deal with. They ended up changing a valve on my tank and had me up and running with hot water. I would highly recommend Go Heating and Reliance to people looking for GREAT service. Both the people I dealt with from Go Heating were very helpful with everything!

    New Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Tankless Water Heater

    I was very happy with the information I obtain from our Home Comfort Adviser Dean Timpany. He explained everything extremely well, without all the techy terms. He answered all our questions and made the whole process very easy for us. Everything from first contact through to the installation was excellent! I would defiantly recommend Dean to our friends! Thanks a Million!

    New Furnace. Air Conditioner, and Tankless Water Heater

    I am very happy with the new furnace and AC. I wish I had done this years earlier. the installers did a great job and very neat and tidy. i was very happy with Dean Timpany, he explained things very clearly and wished i had met him sooner. I could not have asked for anything better. I would defiantly recommend Dean to any of my friends and Family. Thanks.
