    worst customer service

    worst customer service !!! don't ever think of calling this people they are just acting polite, when I called they put me on hold for over 22 min and then they hang up the phone, i called back and ask for manager or supervisor he put me on hold aging for 24 min and then hang up the phone, I called for the 3rd time and asked for manager or supervisor gain the girl asked me the reason I explain it to here she got all my information and told me the manager will call you between 2 or 3 day lol never did, and I still have my problem with my furnace!!!!!

    Ac

    they did an inspection on our water heater and ac, they gave suggestions and guides, they did a good job and there were no problems and the result was even better

    WATER SODTNER AND RO INSTALATION

    MR. CHIBBER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL GREAT SERVICE. INSTALATION GUY WAS GREAT OVERALL GREAK SERVICE. THANKS

    Water softener and purification

    Kelly was at the house just as I was advised at the right time. He was able to check old equipment and give me a quote including discounts as a reliance customer. The office contacted me within an hour after he left to confirm the installation of both a new water softener in the basement and a purification system in the kitchen. Everything went very smoothly except the two piece water softener was too high so the plumber has to pick up a solo unit which took an extra hour but I wasnt paying so I was pleased he could do this

    AC install

    Met with Rene and positive and very personable, very knowledgeable about products. Instalation was scheduled for the next day and was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable employees. The work was completed on time.

    Water softener system

    Nora is a wonderful representative. No only extremely knowledgeable but her personality just sparkles. Truly a delight to meet her. Would recommend her in a heartbeat. Scott & Louise.

    Heating /cooling system

    We asked for a system that was eligible for the Energy rebate. She assured us this system was . After many months it turns out the system is not eligible and we have been screwed out of our rebate. Reliance made this mistake and they need to fix it. This is going on 1 year and the Energy rebate will not be running by the time they fix the problem. This has cost us money we dont have. I will not trust Reliance again.

    Replacement hot water tank

    I've used them in the past for a furnace and HRV on my last house. Had them replace my 40 gallon gas hot water tank with an electric 60 gallon 12 years ago in the house I am in now. Got them to replace that one with the same but this time I went with renting for 10 years. Good deal, great rebates and worry free 10 year warranty. Highly recommend company.

    Water Heater Replacement

    The promptness of Reliance was very appreciated after I placed a call regarding a leaking water heater and no available hot water. They responded that afternoon, and efficently replaced the unit. A plumber came in 2 days later to connect the necessary piping, leaks resolved and he was kind enough to look at a leaking toilet valve, which he immediately repaired. Thank you to all, especially Chris, the plumber.
