    Furnace

    My old furnace was costing me way too much on gas & wasn't running like it used to. I got a flyer in the mail for Reliance so I called for a free quote. The consultant's name was Tom G. This guy was friendly & helpful. Even though he came for my furnace, he showed me how I can get my Air Conditioner to run better & even showed me how to save money on electricity. He even guaranteed that my new furnace will save me 45% on my utilities & if I don't, they'll give me double the difference back!!!! That's quite the guarantee. I'm glad I called these guys. Thx for the great service Tom!

    Heating & Air Conditioning

    I had Reliance come to my home for a price for a furnace & air conditioner. The salesman was Tommy G. I was surprised with his knowledge! He took his time, spending over 2 hrs. with me as i had many questions. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he also showed me exactly what I should expect with the installation, explained all my options, wasn't pushy, & even gave me tips on how to save $ on my utilities! Great job by Tommy! I would recommend this gentleman & Reliance to all my family & friends.

    Service Furnace

    Reliance services our furnace and air conditioner annually. We have had several occassions where they need to order the part and schedule another appointment to install the part. They have been reliable in their follow-up. Only wish they could carry more parts for reasonably new equeipment.

    Rental

    Great Job to RH MH Heating & Air-Conditioning with their amazing furnace install they did at our home last week. I would definately recommend them to anyone. Technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable with the products and answered all the questions and concerns I had. Victoria

    new furnance; technical service for furnace

    I am a tenent in a townhome that was without heat for 3 days as the landlord was out of country and difficult to reach. I phoned Reliance home comfort as I rent my water heater from them and knew they serviced furnaces. The technician, Joe was so good to come quick, diagnosis the problem accurately, explain all the options and most importantly communicate everything effectively to me, the tenent and the owner out of country via cell phone. We all decided the best option was to buy a new high efficiency furnance. Yay!

    No heat - Furnace

    It was February and 10 degrees in our house, so something was definitely wrong with our furnace. We called Reliance and got a helpful customer service rep. The technician (Paul C.) was at our house later that morning. He diagnosed the problem, left to get the parts needed and had everything fixed within an hour. He was also very helpful by explaining everything he was doing along the way to my husband. Everything was back to normal in no time. Much appreciated!

    Furnace Installation

    I just wanted to express a warm thank you to Mr. Saul Esau and his assistant Janet, with their efforts, I was able to have a new furnace installed in one day. It is so refreshing to know that in these difficult times there is a genuine, heartfelt and genuine contractor, by the name of Mr. Saul Esau, who demonstrated professionalism, customers satisfaction and quality workmanship while performing a furnace installation on Jan. 31, 2013, a nasty and cold day. His efforts for doing a real good job did not go unnoticed by me and more importantly, his concern for safety and workmanship details, really put mu mind at ease and gave me a real good comfort zone concerning his character as a human being and his integrity as a contractor. The job Saul did (in six hours, with a 20 minute lunch break only) was truly remarkable considering the weather conditions and his workmanship details was amazing. Furthermore, his clean up was fantastic, he used drop sheets and was very careful in moving materials in and out of the house, with no damage. Thank you so much Saul for a job well done, what a great contractor. Definitely, he will be getting my blessing for future work orders regarding my furnace and A/C installation. A special thank you to his assistant, Janet, who work diligently in facilitating the appointment in a very expeditious manner (one day) and assured me that everything was going to be okay. God Bless her for keeping it simple and positive.

    Hot Water Tank

    we had no hot water. I phoned and was routed through a call centre in Manila. Spoke with a very friendly, efficient woman who arranged a service call for early the next day which was a Sunday. The serviceman, Darren, phoned at 8:15 AM and arrived within 10 minutes. He was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the ignitor and was finished within 15 minutes. Now working fine. Very satisfied. To your website people, Thunder Bay is two words not one.
