    Air conditioning issues

    I was completely satisfied with the service and the service rep. He took the time to thoroughly investigate what could possibly have caused the problem we were experiencing. Very professional and we feel good knowing we have this service.

    replacement of rental water heater

    We recently had to have our rental water heater replaced as it was about 18 years old. We live on the 2nd floor in a condo building and it was my understanding that a drip pan under the water heater is required in such buildings. The technician did not have one with him so he installed the water heater without the pan. I'm not sure if this was the proper thing to do and would like some feedback as to what should be done now.

    Replacement fuse

    On a Friday morning we woke up to no hot water! Yikes! Myhusband said he would be home at lunch to have a look and he got tied up, so never got to it. Friday at 3pm I thought, I'd better call to see if anything can e done....better late then never! By 3:45 our local plumbing company in Gravenhurst arrived at the door and fixed the problem, as well as did testing to see that all was functioning properly! Hooray! So polite and professional they were.....not to mention that they did not make me feel dumb for calling about a fuse!!! Such a great top knotch service. THANK YOU!

    Leaking furnace

    The gentleman that showed up to fix our furnace was nothing short of awesome. He called before he showed up, early because I had to work. Was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and incredibly helpful.

    Repair hot water heater

    Our technician (Barry) was an absolute gem. Not only did he show up as promised but repaired the heater in no time and then gave us a lesson on how the tank controls work. First class repairman ! Bill Hirst

    Furnace maintenance

    Adam was on time, very professional and courteous. Appreciate little 'booties' on his shoes. Took time to answer in detail all my question. I am very satisfied with his service and would recommend it to everyone.

    Water Heater Replacement

    My rental water heater had failed it was almost 20 years old. Reliance was able to get out and replace it within a few hours of my call. The service technician was quick and very respectful of my property.

    Installation of new hot water tank

    I am writing to acknowledge some excellent customer service I received by staff and technicians at Reliance Home Comfort. My husband and I had purchased a water heater four years ago when we built our home in Windsor, Ontario. Unfortunately, it was not working properly since we purchased it, so we had made many calls to other hot water companies to have it fixed. We'd recently had another issue with it, and decided not to fix it as the cost of repairs was more than the cost of the hot water tank. We decided to rent a hot water tank on Friday, July 6, 2012. I called Reliance Energy Friday afternoon at 4:45 pm, not expecting to get "an actual person" on the other end. I was greeted by a customer service representative, who answered all of my questions and displayed excellent customer service. I called back about 45 minutes later and was greeted with the same customer service as I had received during my previous phone call. This gentleman booked a service technician for us on Sunday, July 8th. We were impressed that service calls were made on Sunday, and were very excited to finally have hot water again after 4 days without it. On July 8th I called to confirm what time the technician would be in our area, and was greeted by another helpful customer service representative. He too was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The service technician showed up and had our new hot water tank installed and working within 45 minutes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He efficiently installed our new hot water tank and removed the old one in what felt like a matter of minutes. He was courteous and tidy. In a time where exceptional customer service has fallen to the wayside, my husband and I wanted to recognize the exceptional service we received from these three individuals. We would appreciate if you would let them know how great a job they’re doing! We look forward to having excellent customer service as Reliance Home Comfort customers. Sincerely, Shannen

    Water Heater Replacement

    Impressed with the service I received to replace my rental hot water heater. I found the old one leaking at noon and placed a call which was answered immediately. The customer service rep indicated that a technician would be out between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. I assumed this would be to check the old unit and then schedule a replacement. Matt showed up at 4:00 p.m. and I had a new water heater installed by 6:00 p.m. Beyond a little work to install the new venting, everything went well and Matt did an awesome job. Courteous and quick. Best of all, the wife was happy that she had hot water the same day. Can't put a price on that.
