    Furnace thermostat

    Received service same day as called in for service . Very surprised as we are still in the pandemic and expected at lest a 48 hrs turnaround. The service technician was very courteous.

    Changed My Furnace Filter For Me Even Though He Didn’t Need To

    Calling Reliance to book the appointment for my technician to come was a huge pain, was literally transferred six times and the call dropped twice. I also called Sunday and I had to wait until Monday, BUT when the Reliance guy finally came he was very very helpful. He set up the thing you put the salt in properly to be set at 32 and not 20 like it was. He was did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue. He also changed my furnace filter for me which was very nice and helpful and he didn’t comment on the fact that my furnace filter was completely black and my house is a huge mess and smells like cigarettes which I greatly appreciate.

    Plumbing

    Great professional plumbing service for a bathroom leak. Problem solving and recommending future maintenance appointment to avoid plumbing problems which we greatly appreciate. Reliance Home Comfort is really great in giving quick repair appointments. Thank you so much Chris for your great work and recommendation.

    Plumber

    Reliance sent Christopher to look into several plumbing issues in my home. He was professional, well informed and did a great job! I would recommend him to anyone looking to get the job done right!

    Service

    I just had a problem with my furnace and Sean the service employee told me that it might be better to get a new furnace. Allen and his team of installers got the job done the next day. Everyone was both courteous and knowledgeable in their jobs. They all did excellent work and I am very happy with the experience and would recommend them . Even though the temperature was very low(20"f) they got the job done quickly. I am glad I didn't wait till spring, furnace 20 years old could have broke down again. Thanks again to everyone . Mike

    Hot Water Heater Checkup

    Had a technician look at the issue with hot water heater, solves the issue in no time and explained what happened. Thank you for a great experience. Will use the service again.

    Reliance hot water tank service

    Prompt Service for hot water tank , the technician Jerry was very friendly and got the job done even we were not around. We always had great experience with Reliance homecaree

    HVAC installation

    Courtious non pressure sales provided all information requested. Installation crew arrived on time 2 days after contract signed. The installers were professional, courtious and pleasant answering my questions during the install. I was Impressed when the salesman, Vince showed up just as job finishing to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you. A great job by all.

    The most unprofessional customer service I've ever experienced

    I contacted Reliance to report a leak with our hot water tank - they advised that a technician would be there within 4 hours. We ended up waiting almost 7 hours and no one even showed up. When I would call customer service for an update they would tell me that the technician would definitely be there within 20 minutes, 20 minutes would pass, and no technician. This happened 5 or 6 times. They eventually would tell me that the technician was on a job and he would be late, I would call back for an update and they would now say he was at home. It then was 11 PM...still no sign of the technician. The supervisor then called me and said that they would need to rebook for the following day (when they knew this was an emergency they showed absolutely NO urgency to the matter) they had also dispatched for the wrong department. They now expect us to deal with this again tomorrow. This company is the most unprofessional, careless company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely do not use them for anything unless you want to deal with long wait times that result in them not even sending someone out to deal with your issue.

    Home heating

    Good reliable salesman and installation workers . Very help full and affordable price for top brand installed. Evening I booked and next morning installation done . In winter, it was great to have heat in affordable new good Fernece with 10 years parts warranty.
