    Hot water tank repair - excellent troubleshooting and result!

    No hot water. Service tech arrived, provided fast, accurate troubleshooting, resulting in an improperly set thermostat. Not only is hot water now present, it’s hotter than before! Fast, helpful, and courteous service!

    Trying to Get a new Water Heater! A joke

    Every person I speak to, sends me to another person. No one has the autority to make things happen. They do not keep accurate records, all my files were the wrong information. This was the most frustrating service I have had in a long time. I just want to give them my business and they are so frustrating.

    Hotwater replace

    Jassi came to check to check hot water tank and gave excellent service . Adhering to COVID safety precautions. Very friendly service. Asked few more questions and answered very nicely.

    Service call

    I returned from a vacation and my hot water heater was not working. Called the next day and they sent a technician later that day. Ryan called and gave me 30 minutes of lead time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part in 20 minutes. He also suggested a couple of good ideas to maintain my water heater. He was very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

    Heating/Cooling repair

    My technician Vedesh #3592 was very professional and polite. He took time to explain how the Furness works and resolved my issue promptly, I am very satisfied and will refer this service in the future.

    thermocuppler replacement

    The technician, Thava was on time, professional, knowledgeable, clean and polite. He answered all my questions and even cleaned out the dirt from the furnace while it was open. So happy he was our technician.

    Fix humidifier on furnace

    Amazing service! The technician Maujeet came replaced the part that was broken on our humidifier. Took the time to educate on how the system works. Really cares for his customers so that you know and other technicians cannot take advantage. Thank you again.

    Furnace

    Furnace broke during the night. Called reliance immediately. Technician came around 9ish and motor replaced by 1030. House is now heating and I'm so glad I didn't have to freeze for too long. Tech Brad was very courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate the great service!

    Furnance

    They diagnosed my furnace emitting CO2 Same day the sakes person came to talk about option New furnace was installed the next they The guys who did the installation were on time,very friendly and made sure they cleaned up after the work was done So far I think this company or everyone I came across was very professional
