    Furnace Check Up

    I was beyond impressed with the tech employee sent to my home to look at my furnace. James was knowledgeable, polite, patient and was super helpful with his explanations. He clearly puts customers first. Over the years Reliance has sent in some questionable employees but James was 1st class all the way !

    Excellent customer service

    The technician Patrick was professional and friendly. He test the heating and check the thermostat temperature. He patiently explained how to properly set the thermostat temperature. We really appreciate this. Thank You Patrick!

    Furnace

    So fast and efficient. John calls ahead of time before the schedule appoitment. Knows what the problem is. Friendly and great customer service. knowledgable and on time for the appointment.

    Fast Efficient Service

    Very knowledgeable and friendly service. The technician explained everything to me and answered all of my question. My appointment was booked quickly for the following day. Thank you Peter for your patience.

    Bathroom leak

    Adam came out to fix my shower leak same day I called and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix the leak quickly and efficiently. I recommend him for any plumbing jobs.

    Air conditioner

    So I had someone cane around my neighborhood say that they have a government program that If you house is older than 16yrs old you can get a new air conditioner.. had everything in place and then a year later I starte receiving a bill. I called and ask what is this for I was told it's for the air conditioning rental. Fine at first irt was only 56$ a month. Fast forword to 4years my bill is 85$ called then for a buy out they said I need to pay 9,586... I was floored. Why..it cost 5x times more than my Furnace and that with camebridge.

    Boiler maintenance

    Booked maintenance TWICE for a rental property. Paid for all tenants to be notified and property manager on site for the 4 hour window. There failed to show up or call TWICE! Even while we were on the phone with Reliance figuring out when the tech was coming as nearing end of window. They reported that they had called us but no one answered so they left - HOWEVER it came in at a time when we were on the PHONE WITH RELIANCE so it shows its was actually impossible to miss their call. We have escalated the issue to consumer relations at Reliance and still waiting for a call back a day later. No call back. Reliance subs the jobs out to local companies to do the service and maintenance calls and if they are busy with their own jobs they don't show up, don't call. It is a waste of everyone's times, owners, tenants, property mangers, etc. I pay every month for maintenance package that no one shows up or does any work. This is not the first incident its not even the 10th. Will switch providers when contract is over. Don't sign up to begin with and save your self the headache. Big company with poor customer service

    Service

    Great service. Took care of issues and beyond by by helping with humidity levels and showed us how to properly set our thermostat. Well mannered and pleasant and knowledgeable for sure.

    Overcharged and can't get my money back

    I was told by a customer service rep that I was overcharged for monthly service and that I would be credited for the overcharged amount. I was also advised that my account details would be changed to prevent future over charges. Reliance was supposed to contact me in 1-3 business days. One week later I hadn't been called or credited but did get a new monthly bill for the same overcharged amount. Call number two to customer service got me some apologies but not much more. I was told to ignore the bill and that someone would call in 1-3 business days. It's now a week later and nothing has happened to the account and no phone call has been received. Today I made call number three and was told that I would be called within 1-3 business days. I asked to escalate my issue and did get to speak to a customer service manager. Got another apology and was told that the back office deals with this and customer service can't do anything except offer a courtesy $50 account credit. I was told that I would be called in 24-48 hours. The result of all of this is: -I am still waiting for my refund/credit -I do not have full confirmation that my account billing has been corrected going forward -I am still waiting for anyone from Reliance to contact me I DO NOT recommend that anyone sign a contract with these people. Please know that my issue is with the company and their back office. This isn't an issue with the powerless customer service department. Those unfortunate people get to take the heat for issues that are beyond their control and in the hands of people "higher up" than them.

    Andrew the plumber

    I pay for reliance protection plan. Plumber Andrew came in fixed a valve that was leaking and the shower all for free. Done quickly and he was friendly. Thank you
