    Furnace and AC installation

    Amir and Chris came today to replace our furnace and AC. They provided outstanding service with great attention to detail. We are very pleased and would highly recommend. Thank you!

    Replaced the tie holding the humidifier to the tubing. James used hose clamp to properly secure tondrainage pool

    Tubing came off the humidifier. Called reliance and service was quick. James used hose clamp to properly secure the tubing and allowing the water to go into the drainage area properly.

    Helpful, Dependable and Efficient Services

    Technician Dustin (checking and cleaning furnace and AC), sales advisor Brook and two furnace installers were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They helped us to get our old furnace replaced within a very short time period. We really appreciated their dependable, efficient services. A big thanks to all of them.

    Reliance Home Comfort is unscrupulous, totally dishonest!

    The sales got your buy giving you first few months for free. Then they billed you monthly fee $5 more than that in the agreement and did not give you the free monthly fee. As I signed up for electronic payment, I found out quickly the wrong billing and stopped my autopay immediately via online service. I contacted the sales, nothing was done. Called customer service regarding the error payment, they said the error is rectified and got me to check next month, monthly fee rectified but still no free monthly fee, and there is late payment fine. I called every month to reverse the late fine and to keep their promise on the free monthly fee and I told them I will not pay until the bill is corrected! I gave them one star cause finally a customer service helped to rectify everything after 4 months. But I was surprised that the so called free monthly fee does not include HST, lol. After I setup autopay when the free months are over, the bill said there’s autopay and no action required but next month they charge me late payment fine! The Reliance billing system just sucks, they did not deduct from my credit card! I got the same customer service that resolved my previous problem and problem was resolved next month. If I did not check my bill and cancelled my autopay, they will just keep charging! Don’t trust this company. I had a friend with the same problem as well but she was not lucky like me.

    Terrible Customer service

    Worst customer service ever. I sold a property 3 years ago and reliance home comfort has been trying to make me pay a buy out fee because the new owners refuse to pay their rental bill. I have paid up until the day I sold the home. They are now demanding I pay then 594?! And the last person I spoke to basically told me “too bad, pay it or you deal with the new home owners and tell them to pay “ what ?! Beyond frustrated is an understatement.

    Reliance - Hot Water Heater Rental Programming ripping people off

    I had purchased a building just recently. There was a rental hot water tank from Reliance. I decided that I wanted to buy it out. The hot water tank is 12 years old and it was installed in 2009. Reliance collected $25.34 for 12 years or over $3600 for something that costs $1200-$1500. Now when I want to buy it out, they are giving me an option of $616 -> to buy it out. Which I don't want to do as this is old hot water tank. For $1200 I can have a brand new one installed. They want to charge me $400+tax for me to return it back to them. This is the most ridiculous charge I had ever seen. When asked where is that charge -> the customer representative said that it was part of the terms of conditions. Simple google that in 2014 Reliance was fined for these exact practices and were told to put an end to such practices I am going to be returning the hot water tank but I am not going to be paying this ridiculous $400. Think 10 times before signing up with this company for any rental products as this is complete ripping people of their money.

    water leak

    Jason the service person was professional and kind. He determined the area where the leak is coming from. He fixed it quiçkly and check all the parts and water system. He performed a quality job. Tbanks a lot.

    Furnace maintenance

    Routine maintenance inspection and check up. The technician Joe was wonderful. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him any time. I am satisfied from his visit Everton

    Our rented water heater stopped working. Reliance technician (Tyler) came on the scheduled time and got the job done in a short time. He knew what was to be done and was professional in his work.

    Furnace maintenance check up

    Booked a furnace maintenance check up. Technician was on time. Super helpful. I would recommend him to others. I really valued his expertise. He was very pleasant. Would highly recommend him. (Joe)
