    Sault Ste. Marie location

    I have to say I was very impressed with John from the Sault Ste Marie location he made sure to let us know about every option that we had available to us. Very personable as well. I highly recommend reliance to anyone in need of furnace, etc. Thank you for your help.

    Furnace and AC install

    Nathan and Brian were very polite. Install was cleaned and both gentlemen gave a thorough explanation of what they did. Once job was complete the area was cleaned up just as I had it

    AC repair

    The technician arrived as arranged and was able to restore our AC on a very hot day. On the same day! Sean gave very full explanations and made valuable suggestions regarding the age and life expectancy of the unit. We were very pleased with the service.

    Service technician

    Tom was a great technician very knowledgeable and did fix’s the issue we had. Went step by step to check everything is working properly and explain every step he was performing.

    Reliance Home Comfort

    Our hot water tank started leaking badly. We called and tech came next day early morning. He installed new tank quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, and it did not cost us a penny.

    New air conditioner

    Allen came out to my home to meet with me on replacing our old airconditioning unit. He was fantastic, on time, honest, not pushy and very knowledgeable. He was a great sales person and I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Allen.

    AC install

    Neil was very patient and answered all my questions about ac installation . Process was pretty quick and easy. I got a great deal . Definitely recommend their service .

    Kitchen Faucet Replacement

    I had a leaking kitchen faucet that was an over 10 years old model. Jordan from Reliance Home Comfort helped replace and install a new Moen Faucet replacing the old faucet which was no longer repairable and functioning properly. The service call was seamless and Jordan did an absolute fantastic job of replacing the faucet while at the same time ensuring the current wooden structure that sits below the sink and was loosing structural integrity due to water spillage over time was still able to withstand the faucet connectivity to the water pipes below the sink area. T Overall very pleased and happy with the quality of excellent service received from Jordan from Reliance Home Comfort today!

    Electrical problem

    Tony showed up on time and corrected my problem quickly answering all my questions and explaining things to me as he worked. I would highly recommend his services and Reliance for any issues that arise.

    Regarding Ac

    Thanks Alok for helping us with the issues of Ac. You explained me about the damage it's causing to my furnace . And also you explained how it's gonna effect my hydro bill. He sent the technician next day and Ac is replaced. I am very happy with there services and recommend Reliance to everyone who is in the need .
