    Air Conditioner Unit Repair

    Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air into the house and was making terrible noises. We called Reliance and they sent a technician out the next day. After a brief and thorough check, the technician took time to explain the problem in detail so we would understand the cause. He had the part in his truck and fixed the unit straight away. He also cleaned the unit for us which was an added bonus. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite, approachable and friendly. We would recommend and hire Reliance again in a heartbeat.

    Water softener and RO

    Lee was great, on time and very thorough. He cleaned up after himself and gave us a full tutorial of the system before he left making sure we understood. Thank you

    Water Heater

    I’m very pleased with the service I received from A gentleman named Cody he was fast and very polite. He explained to me what was wrong with my heater I would 100% recommend reliance to anyone. you will get great service .

    AC/furnace cleaning

    Routine AC/furnace 12 point cleaning by Reliance, technician was efficient and provided good feedback about the condition of our system with some additional helpful info about maintenance. Good experience overall.

    Plumbing and furnace mAintenance

    Very fast and efficient…. Only reason I paid anything was it was a filter system not covered by plan . Called in am foe plumbing leak and furnace inspection, both showed up before lunch back to back . Very professional and friendly

    Repair hot water heater

    John came to do our repair, very friendly, put in a heater today so We can get hot water today even though We need the tank replaced. He has that setup for tomorrow, Monday.

    Water Filtration and Water Heater

    They did not tell us that we’d have to buy out the systems if we cancelled the service and we’d called multiple times to see what the process would be to cancel and at no point it was mentioned that we would have to buy it out-it was sprung on us last minute and cost a bunch of money. Very deceitful and customer service always not at all helpful or accommodating.

    HVAC

    Amir Home comfort advisor has great experience, knowledgeable, professional and very friendly and answered all of my questions in offering options for replacement with the best HVAC package. He managed to get us the installation the next day and visited on the installation day absolutely superb attitude and service. I would highly recommend Amiri & Reliance Home Comfort for anyone who needs HVAC.

    Annual Maintenance

    Reliance performed annual maintenane today in my rental equipment. The 3 techicians that visited did a great job. Adam and Ryan did a great job! The 3 of them were polite and personnable. Highly recommended.

    Plumbing

    The two plumbing technicians Derek and Chris did a great job. They were on time, courteous and diagnosed and explained everything they did. I had 2 running toilets and a couple of faucet problems and they were able to fix and replace all that was needed in an hour. Thanks for the great service.
