    Money Back Guarantee Not Honoured

    DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE! THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEES. Reliance installed an air conditioner too small for the house. After months of back and forth trying to solve it, I called another company who provided a solution on the spot. I tried to return the AC to Reliance per the 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee (which has taken several weeks, endless calls and zero progress), they are making me pay for the removal. Don't believe the guarantees in the contracts, they are not honoured.

    Leaking air conditioner

    Called Reliance to fix my rental air conditioner that stopped cooling. Ruel the technician arrived the next day and found a frozen coil and a possible leak. Ruel and Mario came again to investigate the leak the next day (after the ice has melted) and within few hours fixed the leak and got our house cool again. Really appreciating the quick response as dedication.

    Hvac not working service call

    i have put a service repair call yesterday for my AC not running. the home reliance technician Luis that did my Hvac repair service call this morning was very knowledgeable efficient and friendly. he was able to quickly troubleshoot, find the problems and repair them. very satisfied with my home reliance service. very cost effective, i will easily recommend home reliance to anyone.

    HVAC installation

    The service technicians surveyed the site identified the crucial issues involved and proceeded with the removal of old equipment; AC and furnace and the subsequent installation and setup of the new HVAC sustem along with the Thermostat and existing humidification equipment. The work was done with little to no issue and the team kept us apprised of progress during the exercise. On completion we were thoroughly briefed about the new equipment and the setup and operating procedures before they departed.

    Furnace/AC Hot water tank

    Had to make choice of repairs to old furnace or go new. Son had new furnace and tank installed last August by your company so decided to do same. Was great response to call. And Sami went over my choices and gave me a price I can deal with.

    Air conditioner

    Chris came to my home to fix the a/c issue. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and used simple words to explain it to us. We are very satisfy his and his colleague's work. Thanks Chris.

    Very confusing billing. They overcharge and hold money for no reasons

    Reliance overcharged me on my bill and when questioned the refund took them 4 weeks. The next time i called customer care to explain my bill, he simply hung up

    Water heater

    Our water is not getting hot, called reliance and they right away booked a technician to check our system. Technician came ASAP, he is kind and helpful. Changed the parts thAt needs to be changed.. He was very helpful and friendly..

    Furnace Pump failure

    Have used many other companies to try and sort out my problems with no success. Used Roberto from Reliance and he identified the problem and fixed it first visit. Have since used Roberto for every issue which he resolves quickly and very professionally. nothing but great things to say about Reliance. Their protection plan has saved me 100s of dollars

    Replacement A/C

    Our great experience began with service tech Julian who gave us the bad news that our 24 year old A/C needs to be replaced. He put us in Contact with Chris Iliffe the sales rep which led to the purchase of a new air conditioner. Tracey & Mason were amazing replacing our a/c. Our furnace and current A/C were NOT easy to work around and they spent a lot of time retrofitting :( They were super professional, took lots of time explaining things to us and showed us things about our furnace we did not know (new to our home). It was just a great experience all around! Thanks again Reliance! I will be recommending you to friends.
