    A/C Repair

    I called last week (Friday) as the AC unit was not working well. On Tuesday a technician came, did a temperature check, cleaned a water disposal loop and left. This morning the unit was not working and water was running from the furnace. The technician, Dave, immediately identified that there was either a leak or other issue. The unit has been turned off until tomorrow when I hope to get service between 10-2. Dave explained to booking that I have a medical issue ongoing & find the heat aggravates it. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Dave and his explaining to me the problem. I am annoyed that on Tuesday I felt dismissed and the technician only did a cursory inspection. I pay for Peace of Mind service.it and the first time it was not acceptable.

    Hvac service

    I made an appointment for an annual service for the 5 August 2021 for a time between 10am and 2 pm. The technician arrived at 1:30pm. He was clean and tidy and wore a mask without any prompting. He spent about an hour and a quarter and did the most thorough job. Far better than anyone who came on previous occasions. The worksheet had every operation filled in unlike previous visits. One improvement would be if the time of the appointment could be a smaller span than 4 hours.

    Rented water softener

    (actual cost was $0) I have been putting off getting a new water softener. I wish I hadn't waited so long. A friend told me to check into renting and I'm so glad I did. The whole process was easy. I filled in an online request and had a plumber at my house the very next day (he called first). Jesse was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions without any pressure. Two days later I have a new water softener and the old broken one is gone. I'm so happy to have this problem solved.

    AC diagnostic and Cleaning

    William was amazing. Looked after our AC unit cleaning and got it running in tip top shape. Personable and very helpful. Made some suggestions for future service. Well worth the investment. Thank you

    Plumbing maintenance

    Had an amazing experience with Reliance. The representative Lucas was very kind and polite throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions well and left us with 0 doubts about the great quality of the service. Will definitely have to make sure we bring lucas back if we run into more issues! Would recommend reliance to all my peers as the customer service is as good as it can get.

    Service

    Very happy with service today. The motor on our furnace blower needed replacement and was delivered today at 2pm. The service technician arrived at 4 and completed the replacement. We decided to take the monthly service plan and so our bill was reduced by 10%. The technician (I wish I could remember his name) was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to us expectations for repairs and care of our furnace and air conditioner. We felt confident in his workman ship.

    Our annual maintenance package was carried out today. The employee was knowledgeable, polite and prompt. Very happy with Ryan’s work. He gave a full accounting of the action he took and why. He left everything tidy

    Good electrician from Reliance

    Todd, an electrician, from Reliance came out to locate the source of electricity for the light in my in ground pool. He was polite, clever, professional and patient. He solved the problem easily, despite all the wires being underground, and his work was extremely neat.

    Plumbing repairs

    I needed several repairs & new faucet installed , the young man was prompt , & efficient & very friendly . He .set up follow up app for repairs that needed parts right away . Some was on our insurance through reliance that we love
