    Furnace and humidifier

    Furnace technician emergency call

    My furnace wasn’t heating my house. I was quite concerned given our current freezing temperature. I phoned Monday evening to have a technician come out to assess the situation and I was given an appointment for the next morning. I was thrilled with the timely appointment. The technician came within the time slot. He was professional and didn’t take advantage of me. He cleaned the furnace and replaced my thermostat. I also have a protection plan with Reliance. So grateful for the experience!

    Service call with Nimish

    Thank you Jake

    Excellent service from Jake ! Jake was very professional and courteous. He identified the issue quickly and fixed it by cleaning the sensors. He gave us some maintenance advice and recommend annual maintenance plan to help prevent dirt accumulation in the sensors. I would recommend Jake anytime as he is obviously knowledgeable in his field of expertise

    Water softener

    We have been dealing with Reliance for more than thirty years now, and have never been dissatisfied with their service or pricing. They come when they say they are going to, provide the service promised in a timely professional manner and the people are friendly and efficient. I strongly recommend Reliance Home Comfort Gary

    Amazing service

    Water tank was leaking, we called and they sent the service team. They assessed the issue and found we needed a new tank. They already had a few new ones for replacements in the truck and had it in and installed in less time it would have taken to order fast food. Absolutely amazing service.

    Water heater

    Called one day, here the next day to fix hot water tank. Arrived within time frame and called first. Technician explained the problem and replaced necessary parts. Courteous and very neat! Great service.

    Hot water tank trouble

    Water was only hot for a quick shower so I decuded to call Reliance. service was quick, efficient and hassle free; also saved me about $500+ so I am happy with the service all around

    Furnace maintenance

    My first service call on this furnace. Steve was very knowledgable and educated me on the furnace. Shouldn't have waited so long to have the maintenance done. They showed up the next day and parts will be here in a few days. Steve reviewed the furnace ahead of time and knew all the specs and details.
