    Hot water tank not working

    Mike was great and very helpful. He fixed our problem right away very friendly and professional. He figured it out it was the ground cable. Overall very satisfied with the service

    Water heater / boiler leak issue

    Arash (employee ID 3338) was amazing in his work, and was able to identify the problem and suggest an appropriate solution for me. He was very courteous and polite throughout.

    Furnace

    Furnace broke on a cold day. We place a Call in the morning and selected a convenient time slot, same day. The service technician was on time and friendly. The problem was found and resolved quickly and we were returned to normal.

    Great service

    Very impressed with the quick response time and the knowledge the technician had of the machine. He new exactly what the problem was. Would high recommend reliance and will continue using their services

    WATER SOFTENER INSTALLATION

    New water softener rental. Sales rep Amir did an excellent job of describing the service in detail, answering all my questions and arranging for quick installation. Technician Marco called before he arrived, arrived on time, answered my questions, familiarized me with the unit, and did an excellent job of installation and cleanup. First rate professional job by both men!

    Knowledgeable & Nice

    Neil was the 4th technician to attend our home regarding our furnace issues. He was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution quickly. Neil was able to explain what was happening with our furnace and why he suggested what he did in a way that I understood. We have requested that Neil attends our service call again today now that the part he ordered is in. We look forward to having our furnace issue resolved! Thanks Neil.

    Annual mfurnace maintenance

    Service was prompt, professional. Explained everything, it was great very pleased with Tom’s service. He phone on his way and communication was clear. He made recommendations, which I will follow up on.

    Furnace check up

    Keith,tech was very professional,came in to house, put his booties on,fixed furnace,made adjustments,took his time to explain to me what he was doing and why adjustments were made Furnace is new,no charge was applied,I highly recommend Reliance to Family & Friends Very happy with service,will ask for Keith again for fall service.     Kyle's Workmanship

    Kyle is an excellent worker that I recommend. He explained to me about the rental program for the water heater. He also did his work within a reasonable time and clean up his work area too.
