    Routine furnace maintenance

    The technician was very patient and nice in explaining his findings and making recommendations. I will definitely recommend Reliance to friends and family. All their services including my most recent experience has been really good

    Reliance furnace

    Awesome visit with nick for service and joe for sales. Installers were professional and courteous. Highly recommend great from start to finish A good experience What could’ve been a nightmare was not.

    Replacement of furnace and air conditioner

    Fast and efficient. Very professional and friendly. We had Sara come to help us chose the products that were right for us and it was installed the next day. From the time I initially called, we had new furnace and a/c in three days

    service, furnace cleanging

    Amil, the technician, did an excellent job of cleaning the furnace and answering all my questions to a very satisfactory completion of the cleaning process. I would certainly have Reliance return to service my furnace again.

    Water heater tank service

    Service is good, very knowledgeable representative. Identified issue quickly and explained in nice way. Fixed issue quickly. I am totally satisfied with the service from reporting issue to fixing issue

    Furnace and air conditioner

    I cannot say enough good things about the service! From the start to finish all the men were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation and then explaining all to us was outstanding. They even set up the nest thermostat on my phone for me. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Thanks very much

    Service for my water softener

    My water softener wasn't functioning properly and out water has been hard since it was installed. Wr had a technician come today who was very knowledgeable and personable. Looking forward to seeing if the issue has been resolved in the coming days.

    Furnace maintenance

    I booked a Pre-winter furnace inspection with Reliance and the service was exactly what I expected. Mike, the technician, called the day of the scheduled appointment to keep me posted on his ETA. Mike was professional and personable and explained what would be covered during his visit. Mike was able to answer all my questions and went out of his way to provide me with information regarding my furnace. The work was completed quickly and I would recommend Reliance to others.

    Service

    Service person was on time, friendly and efficient and courteous. He let us know what he had done and that everything was in good shape. We are extremely pleased with the service today.

    Not all techs are created equal but the gentleman that came today was a great help , efficient, pleasant and explained things very well. Very happy with the service provided by the competent Mr McCarthy.
