    Furnace and air conditioner

    Thank you for replacing furnace and air conditioner , they did fast , very effecient job ,neat, clean, friendly , awesome job I am pleased thank you again JoAnn Anderson 12 tuscaora street hagersville ,ontario

    gas furnace

    I met with the rep for wpg on sunday , he went above and beyond to meet me . We arranged install for the next Tuesday, heat was on that night. Excellent service and install. G

    new furnace

    Started with simple service, but reveled exchanger was shot by way of a scope which few if any other service reps do! Once discovered, and not repairable, it was time to replace the 22 year old furnace. The service technician had a rep call me and make an appointment to discuss options. At no point was there any pressure sale etc, it was just one option to examine. Sales rep came at my convenience and showed me options and benefits and downsides of selections. Decided to replace AC too since it is no longer supportable in 2020 and worked out a great deal. The installation was again arranged at our convenience and was impeccable, clean, and well done.. Overall I was very impressed. Yes they may cost a bit more but for that service I am willing to overlook

    Furnace repair

    Rick/Barry were on time and performed repairs promptly Very pleased with the service. Thoroughly explained the service required and order the part . Returned 2 days later to complete the repairs

    Fix rental furnace

    The Reliance rental furnace leaked and created damage to our hallway floor. We called on Saturday Oct 19 around 1 pm as soon as we discovered the water. We were told to turn off the furnace and that we were a priority 1 call, but that they were totally booked and couldn't get anyone out to look at it until Sunday Oct 20 between 1-6 pm. After 2 calls to customer service asking what we were to do about heat, we were given the option to buy space heaters, submit the receipt and would probably get a credit on our bill. More should have been done to get someone here the same day. I also had called for a fall cleaning of the furnace 3 weeks prior and was told there were no night services available and I would have to wait 3 weeks to get a Friday day appointment. I feel this company does not employ enough service workers to properly service their customers.

    Awesome Sales department

    My furnace broke. I called Reliance and they have a sales rep In my home in 4 hours. I rented a furnace and it was installed the next day!!! The Sales staff and installers we amazing!!

    Service

    The technician was friendly and patience. Provided a swift resolution to my problem. Thank you for helping me and my family to receive comfort with a simple but daily task.

    Winter service

    Excellent winter maintenance check for my furnace. By team member 111127 Kurt This survey and the information required is ridiculous Why does the word count have to be a minimum of 30 words?

    Excellent new furnace/AC install

    Ryan and Lou called me 30 minutes ahead of arrival. Went over work to be performed and my preferences. Job was completed in a timely fashion. Once the work was completed, Ryan walked me through the components and functions of both furnace and AC unit. Fantastic workmanship, communication and professionally installed. I would highly recommend Ryan and Lou, as well as my salesperson, Ashley. Thanks Relliance!

    Extremely UNRELIABLE Reliance

    This "reliable" company has been unable to fix our hot water tank for almost a week now: first, it took them 4 full days to realize that they could not fix the tank. Now, 5th day into being without hot water, we are waiting for them to do the tank replacement. The company's too big to be properly managed and it is obviously getting out of handle - lack of communication b\w departments, no clue who does what, not to mention outright misleading. However, they lock clients into a long-term contracts with no right to terminate despite the company's lousy service. Do not deal with big monsters - most frustrating experience ever!
