    Service was outstanding, fast and efficient

    Rocco was my service man, he called me when he was on his way, showed up, looked at the problem, had it fixed in minutes. Great service thank you. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

    Water heater repair

    Amazing service was provided by jasmeet. He knew exactly what was wrong and was quick to fix the issue. He did an amazing job. Of all the services provided by reliance, this was the best one.

    Not delivered what they say and show us on Brochure

    I bought Carrier Infinity system they showed me the brochure which shows all Carrier product, when they came they install carrier furnace but Media filter and humidifier was not Carrier. Which is useless as the Infinity thermostat fully worked with only carrier products. And they install Media Filter on opposite side of furnace when I asked them to fix this they replied they only have this one and will come back and bring the right one. Nothing yet.

    HVAC

    Great service. Technician was very professional. Gave me great information about the repair process and also maintenance and other products and services. Worked with me in making sure that the repairs was done properly. A big thank you to Steven and Chris. Friendly and professional.

    Electrical Troubleshooting

    Anthony was our Reliance electrical service rep. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our fluorescent light problem and at our request he explained the options available to get the electrical maintenance program.

    Poor warrantee back up

    To the company president I purchased a new High eff furnace from Reliance 2 years ago. 10 days ago the ECM on the fan packed up. Fortunately the unit is under warantee. I called reliance who sent a tech in on the Saturday, he diagnosed the ECM was faulty and that he would order a new one to be delivered to their shop and fit in on the following Thursday. Well not too bad so far and I understand parts may not be in stock. Well no one called to set it up so I called back in and was told it would now be the Friday. Friday came and no call or technician. I called yet again and got the techician who said they will find the part and get it fitted. I then got an email saying the technician had been and no one was home. Amazing as my entire family were home all day. I called again in follow up to be told that the part was not at their shop and it looked like it was at their branch. They would find it and fit it on the Monday. So how did a technician say we were not home when they could not even find the part. Monday came and went and no call or technician so I called customer service yet again to be told that they were closed and that she could do nothing. I should call again the next morning. This I did at 6.20am my time and a helpful Karen set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon 1-5pm which is today. Again no tech is sight and not even a phone call so I called customer service again and was asked to hang on whilst they checked what was going on. 10 minutes later they disconnected the call without coming back on. So I called again to be told the appointment had been rescheduled now to tomorrow same time and that they had called me to confirm. This they never did and on enquiring I found out they had the wrong contact number despite them asking for it every time I call them. So now the next appointment is 7-11 pm ...yes we have to stay up in the hope the tech arrives. Be wary of buying from this company as they have zero after sales support and seemingly dont care. Disorganized at best. I will be contacting Lennox regarding their service support.

    Hot water tank

    Reliance was very quick to send a technician out to us when our hot water was not working. Carl was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and go over our options for fixing it. I was very pleased with how respectful he was of our property. My father-in-law was visiting and we were both very impressed with the service we received from Carl. So happy to have hot water again!

    Reliability means RELIANCE

    We heard some weird sounds from the furnace so we call for service and learned about parts needed to be order 2 working days , parts arrived and call the office and send this courteous , very smart guy and fixed the problem and we are happy about Luis very efficient and quick service

    Great service!

    Reliance sent a tech person out within a day for a minor repair to our hot water tank. Kody was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the problem and was able to fix it in the first visit. Great service as usual!

    Furnace repair

    We are very pleased with the service we received today. Upon a few different technicians we had come throughout the week, Margaret was outstanding. She was awesome! super friendly, respectful , she answered all our questions , and explained everything that was done. Thank you for taking the time and resolving the issue!
