    Hot water heater repair

    Andy arrived when he said he would and was professional in every sense of the word. He was courteous, communicated the problem in understandable terms and performed the work effiently whilst ensuring he left the area clean. I would recommend him highly !!

    Water softener

    The technician Andy was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. Andy checked over our water softener and unfortunately it needed to be replaced. Lucky for us Andy came prepared and had a new one with him in the truck. Andy had the old one out and the new one installed in half an hour. I could not ask for a better experience on a Sunday morning. Thankyou Reliance and Andy.

    Service

    Had a noise coming from my furnace, the gentleman came in told me it was nothing dangerous and he was going to order the part and they would call when the part arrived and someone would come to install. He was very helpful and explained it all very well in a very nice manner.

    Water heater replacement

    Awesome work! Done in a timely fashion on thanksgiving weekend - replaced the entire water heater with no issues. Thanks for your hard work and tending to the matter when needed most!!

    Great service by jason

    Jason is a very professional and friendly technician. He resolve the problem efficiently and communicate with us very well. Hot water tank get fixed in 15 minutes. We are very pleased with jason’s service.

    Repair

    Very satisfied with the service call. Natalie called ahead of time to confirm her arrival time. Performed the parts installation plus diagnosed a further issue and attended to that as well. Explained the work done and made me aware of the additional maintenance services Reliance offers. Very happy with the service provided.

    they don't if they are coming or going

    RELIANCE HOME DISCOMFORT I got my proposal on Jan 3rd 2019 bought the furnace Jan.23rd 2019 the Union gas comp. put the gas line in may the Reliance co.put the furnace in in June 24th I was told they would get in touch with Union gas to put meter on no response despite several calls to Reliance. I got in touch with union gas myself in Sept. they had no contact from Reliance Union gas came to put on meter and there was a leak got hold of relinace fixed leak because of all the problems and wait times was promised a $500 check from reliance Sept.18th. enbridge gas showed up last week to put my gas line in as per reliance order. talked to worker and he remembered putting my gas in in may. wow if I hadn't done the leg work my gas would not be hooked up until after October 1st. . nope no check yet they say it must have gotten lost in mail. they called today Oct 7th to offer me a visa card! I said no. when told of the forthcoming check I bought my wife a ticket to Edmonton to see our Granddaughter. the installers who work for Reliance are great. I'm talking about Matt, Randy & Lance. the office and director people don't know if they are coming or going will not recommend you to my friends and neighbours Very upset Nelson Lascelle

    2 Faucets

    Matt did a great job! Quick and thorough! Knows his stuff. Courteous and professional Took the time to explain my options although I did find the product line limited as well as inconvenient that no brochure was left behind

    Damaged floor during furnace installation

    I recently had a furnace installed and as I was cleaning up after the crew left I had noticed some scrapes and gouges on my vinyl flooring adjacent to the furnace. Reliance gives you a “ Property Damage Guarantee” that states if your house is damaged that it will replace or fix any damages. Upon notifying Reliance that my flooring was damaged and needs to be replaced, they offered me a $200 credit. The flooring itself is $700, which doesn’t include any labor. Now I have to file a claim to maybe get more money back. Reliance contracts people to do the work. I won’t be calling them anymore.

    Hot Water tank descaling

    Trevor was very helpful and courteous. He showed me the results of the descaling and told me how to troubleshoot for any potential future concerns. He checked our water softener as well and made suggestions for new products that may be future considerations. It was a successful service visit!
