    winter maint on furance

    Rep was very professional and quick. He listened and solved all the problems and explained each to me. Wonderful attitude and personality to bad office staff and sales personnel worn't the same

    Wow thanks Brandon for recommending a water softener!

    Brandon was super smart and super polite. He was here to fix the water tank and suggested a water softener. We did not know you could rent these and are so happy we could because buying was out of reach at the moment. We are so happy we got it because it is like showering in lovely oil. No more hard water to destroy our appliances, shower glass and clothing and no more cream needed on the body! Thanks Brandon for being so helpful and so thoughtful about what we needed.

    New Furnace

    We are very pleased with the service that we received from Reliance. Lynn was outstanding in explaining our options and selling us the best product for our home. The installation by Moratti, the service tech was seamless and he and his partner were respectful of our home during the process. Lynn stopped by during the installation to ensure that everything was going as planned. We feel confident in the purchase we made and in using Reliance. Thanks Lynn and Moratti.

    Furnace service

    Technician Chris was very professional. He was ontime and went above and beyond to show me how to set and read my humidifier. Thanks Chris, I really appreciated you taking the time. Mrs. Manson

    Excellent Service

    Reliance is an excellent company! I have always had positive experiences with them both on the phone with customer service, or in person when the are working in my home. They are tidy, knowledgeable and friendly. Their workers are always informative when I have questions. I highly recommend Reliance for your heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Top notch!

    Service

    We had our boiler and wall unit replaced in July and sometime later in August smelled a gas leak. We first called Enbridge and their gas tech. said there was no gas leak. We then called Reliance and one of their tech came and said there was something wrong with the install of the boiler and wall unit. He did some fix and left but the gas smell was still there. Finally, we placed a service request again with Reliance and their gas tech. came yesterday, evening. He did his check and found a gas leak. The gas pipe was not tight enough so he tightened the pipe and surely now there is no gas smell. I want to thank the tech. for his help and he also educated us on a few things regarding the boiler. thank you! you are a star!

    Boiler troubles

    Had no hot water, so had Reliance's local heating specialists in Windsor examine my wall-mounted Biali gas-fired heater of water for radiators, domestic hot water, and swimming pool. Took several technicians several days over several weeks, but the after the ventor motor and ignition switch were replaced, we could have hot/warm showers again. Technician Brian spent the most time on the project. Only had to pay for parts.

    Fall Furnace and AC maintenance

    Kevin the Reliance technician arrived at the early side of the appointment window. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Kevin spent over an hour and inspected the furnace, AC unit. I addition he replaced the filter and reset the thermostat. He took the time to answer my questions and also explained the results of his inspection. I would give Kevin a 10 for his very professional service. I would recommend Reliance based on this. Don

    Annual maintenance service by Reliance

    Having the annual maintenance service for the furnace and air conditioner in early October 2019. Technician, Natalie from Reliance was very friendly and professional. She came on time and her excellent service was much better than my expectations. I was very pleased with the jobs that Natalie provided, especially she clearly explained what she was doing on that day. Great customer service! Keep it up!
