    Fixed issue and cleared ckde

    I had Leith come over to clear a code that my furnace service company should have taken care of. He let me know that but did the work anyways knowing that it would be a hassle for me to deal with the other company. Finished the work in about 10 minutes and told me what he was doing, very knowledgable guy.

    Efficient, friendly and informative

    Furnace maintenance call. All my questions were answered and clear communication on outcome of furnance check. Appointment also booked at meeting to obtain estimate for replacing furnace and adding an A/C unit.

    Furnace/air conditioner installation

    Installed new furnace and air conditioner. Technicians showed up on time, were very helpful and attentive to what we needed and were helpful with making suggestions etc. Very respectful and workmanship was great. They discovered there was a slow gas leak that was previously there and took the extra time and effort to make sure we were safe and found the leak and fixed the problem. (this leak was not related to the job they were there for) we would definitely use them for future things and would recommend them to anyone.

    the technician appreciation

    he was the best. He was worth it number 10. he taught me how to do it. Next time if I have any problems I want him to be back into my house.

    Furnace

    I had a great experience with the rep from Reliance. He helped me understand how to run my furnace efficiently. What i will need moving forward for best air quality. He was pleasant and very knowledgable. He also made sure that i will get the proper filter sent right to my door. Thank you for your service

    shower drain blockage and installation of tub spout

    Paul the plumber was very professional and gentle. He showed up timely and resolved by issue in a very efficient way. I strongly recommend Reliance for all home plumbing issue. Also recommend Paul as a efficient plumber.

    Prompt and quality service from Lucas

    Lucas arrived promptly and very quickly identified the issue with our hot water heater and just as promptly was able to fix it. Leaving two very satisfied customers now with hit water to look forward to.

    Furnace and AC tune up

    Extremely satisfied with my technician Matt (#1813) Very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful, one of the best technicians I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend and hope the company takes time to Acknowledge the fine qualities and work ethic of those that deserve praise for their fine work.

    Hot water heater

    Tremendous tech very pleasant and professional. He far exceeded my expectations, made a 1 1/2 hours trip to their parts depot to hear learn after calling first that the part was not available and I wasn’ charged for his time

    Perfect Experience!!

    Everything was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable personnel--both sales and install. Respectful of my home - immaculate work environment. Highly recommend, won't be disappointed!! Feel I got great value as well.
