    New hot water tank A/C and furnace

    The salesman Vince was excellent, as were the installation guys. My problem is with the call centre and getting service to even come during a reasonable time frame. Without a furnace since Thursday I couldn’t get a service man until Saturday to even determine the problem, which happened to be the motor . The first couple days were cold in which I had to buy a electric heater. I however submitted the receipt and am told I’ll be reimbursed Thank you

    Heating /ac maintenance

    Helpful service very personable, informative, kind and thorough work. Very happy with this service call. I feel like our unit will run better and that we will be able to maintain it far better than ever before

    Service call

    Great work by Angelo. He was thorough and serviced the furnace and A/C. He did fine tuning of the central air. I am satisfied with the service of the technician and Reliance Home Comfort.

    Dino is awesome and the best technician.

    Dino serviced my A/C and is very professional and the most efficient technician I've met! He washed the a/c coils and provided me inputs on how to take care of my A/C.

    Pump fix

    Reliance always provides nice service, I have a protection plan. Give me zero hassle to deal with pump and furnace problems. I use reliance as my maintenance service for 5 years.

    Excellent Customers service

    I called for the tank not heating last night, booked a service after 5pm. Technician showed up this evening with 24hrs, amazing! Being very patient, listening to my story(even though it's sounds simple to him), he explained the issue, quickly fixed the problem and followed up with the maintenance, upgrade info. Thank you so much. I share this great experience with all my friends.

    Replaced Hot Water Heater

    Brandon and Josh came in and replaced our hot water heater and did a great job! They were friendly, professional, and did excellent work! They explained everything to us as they worked. Very happy!

    Furnace repair

    Was very satisfied with the service tech he was verypersonable and helpful he answered all my questions and worked efficently and did a great job will recomend him in the future

    Service

    Vedesh was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions and educated us about our furnace as well. It was a pleasure having him deal with our concerns and resolving the issue! Thanks very much, Vedesh!!

    Winter furnace/AC mainentance

    This was for our annual furnace and AC maintenance, always done in the fall each year. Mathew was quick, efficient and thorough. Even did a CO2 test even though we have 2 detectors. Very happy with service and professionalism. Would highly recommend.
