    Winter furnace/AC mainentance

    This was for our annual furnace and AC maintenance, always done in the fall each year. Mathew was quick, efficient and thorough. Even did a CO2 test even though we have 2 detectors. Very happy with service and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

    Tech came in to service air conditioning. Great guy friendly. Knowledgeable and reliable.

    Technician came to fix my air. Guy was friendly and knowledgeable about my unit. Explained things thoroughly. I was very happy with the experience even though it cost me some money for parts in the end. I like how punctual he was too.

    AC Maintenance - Awesome Technician!

    We had an outstanding experience with the technician who came to our house to repair an AC issue. He identified the issue, explained the cause and quickly repaired it. All the while we had great conversations and he made it clear he not only knows what he's doing but enjoys what he does as well. He also volunteered to look at the furnace while he was around but recommended another technician come back to complete a full inspection as he was not presently equipped for it but clearly explained what to look for and what questions to ask. Would highly recommend any service by this particular technician (whose name I am not allowed to say) but if other technicians are like him, no reason not to get your service through Reliance.

    Reliance water softener

    Ken was great! Gave us a great price and was super friendly! Can't wait to get the water softener installed! 2 free bags of salt??! Yes please!! Will definitely be calling for future home comfort installs!

    Basement pipe leak

    Rocco called ahead to let me know when he was coming and arrived on time. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. He kept the site clean and he was friendly to work with.

    Repair Service for Rental Furnace

    Service technician very thorough and ran a diagnostic on furnace. Replaced leaky valve on humidifier, replaced filter and has ordered for installation a replacement thermostat. Very pleased with service that Alex provided. One glitch in this whole process was we were booked for service between 1 and 5 p.m. on Friday Sept 13th and were not notified that we would not see a service rep until Sunday Sept 15th between 8 a.m. -1 p.m. until we called at 5:30 Friday to inquire to ask what happened. We would have appreciated a call or e-mail that our appointment time had been changed as we had arranged our schedule to suit the original service appointment.

    Furnace and Ac service for winter

    Easily booked, prompt with a service date. Pleasant. Technician was marcel; a professional, friendly and respectful fellow. He went above and beyond, thorough and efficient . Would highly recommend this company for any heating and Ac projects

    a˜˜pal furnace /air checkup

    I met two exceptional men who were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. Frank (supervisor) and Asmwama they took time to explain what they were doing and used language that helped me to understand and appreciate my equipment and how to maintain it throughout the year

    Water tank issue resolved quickly

    Brandon was great! He came right on time, was very thorough, very professional, and fixed the problem right away. I am very happy with the service provided and would absolutely recommend

    Leak

    Had a leak in the kitchen. The reliance rep arrived within the time specified by his office. He fixed the problem immediately and made recommendations regarding our old faucet. Excellent service! Super helpful.
