    Thermostat Screen Message stating require a new Humidifier PAD

    I called and was provided a visit within 3 hours same day. The technician explained it was a reminder. He showed me how to adjust the reminder and how to access the humidifier pad and replaced it

    Hot water heater replacement

    Josh was the service agent who came to our home on Sept 8th to replace our rental water heater. Josh was professional and friendly and it made the entire experience a pleasure! Thank you!

    Hot Water Heater Repair

    Richard from Reliance was great, quickly identified and addressed the issue, was able to answer my questions, and provided suggestions. Quick service and a great experience. I will not hesitate to call again if needed.

    Air Conditioner Service

    Not happy with scheduling. I had a time frame 7-11 am and technician showed up shortly after 11. Do not blame technician but I do scheduling department. Luckily, I wasn't an optimist about the estimated time, so I booked a full day off from work. Shawn ( team member # 1306) was excellent, very considerate and respectful. It took a few hours but everything is fixed and so far so good. Reliance protection plan was a good investment. Thank you for a good service. Work on scheduling.

    Air Conditioner

    Doug Salesperson, was very knowledge and gave us good advice in choosing the right deal which suited us. Having our AC down for a few days in the hot weather , we had our installation and consultation done within 24 hrs . The installation team were prompt in 2 hrs we had our AC Installed and running. Well done guys!

    Macitence on furnace/ AC

    I was Very satisfied with the two individuals who inspected my furnace and a/c. Both had extensive knowledge and provided helpful tips that I was not aware to use in the future

    Water heater repair

    Quick and friendly service on behalf of the technical experts that came. Very knowledgeable and honest. Techs like this is what make reliance reliable and make up for the long wait times for service.

    Water softener rental
