    Fixed leaking shut off

    Kevin, was awesome. It was a very tricky fix in a cramped space. He explained the process and walked me through the issues. He did am excellent job on the repair by putting in a new ball valve. He then check the other shut offs and water pressure in the house to make sure everything was working fine. Overall, excellent job and a very nice guy!

    AC NOT WORKING

    Amazing service today by Richard who came in on time to fix the AC. He was friendly, fast and efficient. He spent about 30 mins and the problem was fixed.

    Service=10

    I likes that he called before showing up. Extremely polite and explain what he was doing. Befire leaving he ensures that the equipment was working. Also explains that is event of another malfunction, just call. Forgot your name but thanks!

    Furnace repair

    I have the home comfort plan. The blower fan stopped working. The service was prompt and right to the point. I did not have to pay. The tech Ian was knowledgeable and responsible.

    Leaking water heater

    Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful in answering all of my questions about water heater options and the process required to get what I want. An overall positive experience.

    Plumbing protection plan

    Reliance Plumbing technician Mr brooks did an awesome job in term of customer service and fixing the plumbing issues. He explained things very professionally and did his job with full care and competence Ajay

    service call on air conditioner

    Air Cond. not working. Call made. Service scheduled pronto. "Joe the Service Tech" shows up on time and ready to go. Takes a look. Problem solved. Time spent: about one hour. Joe was pleasant, knowledge and efficient. Well done Joe!! What's not to love?? That's why we have Reliance as our service provider and why we keep our maintenance agreement up to date. Thanks to Reliance and Joe we are happy customers. Wayne D.

    Plumbing Fix

    Needed a repair to my shower which was covered under Reliance's Plumbing Protection Plan, got a next day appointment and Dennis, plumber for Reliance, was very good at communicating his ETA and was very professional.

    Service gentleman was the best

    I was 100 per cent satisfied with the prompt service, Friendliness abs expertise of the service man. Your company should have more people like him.? I definitely would recommend your company with employees like him.

    Hot water tank replace control valve

    Service men were respectful with shoes. They put covers on their shoes. They explained what was damaged and what needed to be replaced. Tthe part was replaced quickly and the servicement put main water back on for me so I didn't have to do it.. they also cleaned up when finished.
