Hi, I have the furnace maintenance package with reliance so today I had to use it. Two servicemen Marcel and Chris came to fix the furnace and they did an exceptional job. We had someone installe a new furnace and central air. We are now renting fir 5 years. All went well other it took two days to complete. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought the unit last July29 2017 and installed on the last day of July . Less than a month I called for the excessive noise on air con, the installer came back and change the breaker to a lower ampere.. Before winter 2017 start the furnance had an issue for not heating up It happen that I have to make 3 times of service call for the same issue before the 2017 ended . This summer I called for complain because the aircon was still noisy when it runs during the heat peak and complaining that I want the full refund of my money since I'm not satisfied with this unit and a customer resolution said that a service mgr. will call me back but nothing happen even I made a follow up for 4 times still no service mgr. approach or called me. I really frustrated with this company and their service . Now my furnace have again doing the same issue as from the beginning my house setting temp was 23.5 but the thermostat reading was 22 and its going down slowly its not heating continously . My signed document from Reliance said that " COMFORT GUARANTEE ,NO LEMONS GUARANTEE, 2 YEAR TRIAL GUARANTEE AND $500 NO FRUSTRATION GUARANTEE and 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE but none of that is really true . The units was really frustrating from the beginning year of operation .

17 year old furnace went to sleep several days before Christmas. Reliance technicians rightly recommended a new furnace. Reliance sales representative George Clements (Cambridge) very quickly and competently made the necessary arrangements. Two days later, Dec. 24, Reliance team (Peter, Andrew, Trevor) did the four hour furnace removal and new installation completely to our satisfaction. They were friendly, polite, clearly very competent and efficient. Thanks to Reliance we have heat for Christmas! I unhesitatingly give all the Reliance employees we dealt with (George, Peter, Andrew and Trevor), as well as the technicians Moe from Empire and Raj from Ultimate, a 10 on 10 rating. Thank you all!

I has a gas leak at the hot water tank. Endbridge was over shutting off the gas as the Reliance tech was walking in our front door... super fast .. Cuong Luu was the technician... super polite and a fast worker

Chris came to our house as we had no heat for a few days and the house got really cold. He changed the part on our furnace quickly and got our heat back. He also mentioned about some of the other services reliance offers like water treatment which I want aware of but very interested in. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Reliance.
