    review of workmanship

    Martin 2825 was very professional and skilled in performing the repairs to hot water tank. It explained fully what he was doing to repair the problem. Problem solved and all happy.

    Plumbing

    Excellent service by Jordan #110790, personable and polite, knew hos job and what was required. Provided detailed job issues to me and whst ess required to solve the issue. Highly recommend him.

    New Furnace and Hot Water Tank

    My old furnace was 40 + years old and has been very faithful but all good things must come to an end. I also had a working hot water tank that was 23 years old. I have an old house and the install was not easy but Kyle and Sheldon did a very good job and were pleasant and courteous, in spite of all the inconveniences. The salesperson, Daniel was careful to call me on the date of install to make sure everything had gone well.

    Replacement gas valve - amazing service

    Matthew Zawislak worked very efficiently at our home and was able to get our gas valve replaced within no time! If I were to have anything not functioning in the future I would want Mr Zawislak to fix it ??

    Customer Service

    Received professional, patient and courteous service by a knowledgeable staff member. Questions answered and explained without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Very happy with the service provided.

    Water Heater replacement

    The technician Chris Demelo was one of the most courteous service person I’ve ever had the pleasure to allow in my home. He clearly explained the job he was going to do and answered all my questions. was extremely careful not to damage anything, laid down carpeting to insure stairway wasn’t damaged and left the job area in perfect condition. The job took a bit longer than anticipated, Chris did not leave until job was 100% complete. Best experience I’ve had with a service person ever. Would want this person for any future service calls Reliance has an exceptional employee.

    Prompt

    Excellent and efficient. No wait time-called one day and had service the next. Explained what needed to be repaired. Had the parts and was able to complete the repair without any mess to the work area.

    Furnace contract winter check up

    Use Reliance for furnace, air and plumbing for many years in 3 houses. Very satisfied with staff and work. They always come on time and are very professional. We are happy with the company

    Furnace

    My service tech, Tom Hotchkiss, was very nice and knowledgeable. The entire visit was very pleasant, he made sure he explained everything to me and that I understood everything that was wrong with my furnace. In the end I need a new furnace and before he left he set me up to meet with a salesman the next day.

    Furnace replacement

    Had an inspection/service appointment of our furnace and air conditioner today. The good news was the air conditioner was fine the bad news was the furnace needed to be replaced and it was shut off as there was a safety risk. Josh contacted Kris to help us with our problem. Kris visited us a few hours later. He assessed the furnace and offered us solutions one of which was the rental option which appealed to us as we are pensioners. Miraculously we will have a new furnace TOMORROW. It certainly can not get better than that. Thank you Josh and Kris, with appreciation Ernie and Andrea Robinson
