    New furnace and A/C

    Brad came out today to provide us with a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. We already had a quote from another company. We were impressed with his candid answers to our questions.

    Hot water tank repair

    Hot water tank repair...Jim arrived exactly when they said he would. He provided great customer service and excellent advice regarding our hot water tank. Would recommend this company to all!

    hot water tank repair

    Abdullah was punctual, professional, and highly efficient. He was able to assess the problem, find the replacement part, and complete the repair. He was thorough in his explanations. Thank you for the service.

    Water heater

    Chad Mcdaid came out knew exactly what was wrong and had the water heater back up and running in no time. His service and professionalism was too much. Thanks for your help!

    Annual maintenance

    Tim was in to perform annual preventative maintenance. Reviewed service completed and that everything was in good shape. Reminded me to urn on humidifier once entering heating season. Very polite and courteous. Cleaned work area after completion.

    Winter maintenance

    Keith was here right on time he was very understanding with me who doesn't know much about furnace Keith show me the part that Wasn't working like it should Keith even told me the name and understood I didn't know what plan was on the house .I am very happy with the service I received, Keith also told me that he might not be the person replacing the new piece which will be here Monday . Thank you teaching me what I should watch for and listen for and that this motor wasn't working . I appreciate your understanding 110% Ms Theresa Sauve

    Two new toilets

    Brian Sinclair was the plumber and he is great. Answered questions, got the toilets, had them installed in two hours. He was also very neat. We requested Brian because of his good work.

    Annual Maintenance of AC & Furnace

    Tom arrived to complete our Annual Maintenance and he was everything that we could have hoped for in a Service Tech, knowledgeable, willing to provide tips, very detailed and unbelievably organized and clean. While I know it is not possible to have Tom each and every time we need service, we can only hope that our next experience with Reliance measures up to the bar that Tom has set. Very, very satisfied.

    hot water tank service

    Bill the technician knew what he was doing, very clean& very friendly. When he came in the door he put on a pair of work slippers to be sure he did not track dirt on the rug. Got us up & running again in a very short time. Broke down again & he told the company that the tank had to be replaced. Appointment made for Thursday Sept 27th between 8-11am. Cory the tech showed up at 815am with a pair of nylon booties to put on over his work boots so as to not get dirt on the basement rug. He started to work right away & had the tank installed & running by 945am. We would recommend these 2 techs & the company highly. Great job boys.

    good work

    Ali and Eddy from Canadian Choice worked well and installed the furnace and AC in 2 days. properly and clean installation is provided. Only need more time for Nest thermostat explanation first time usage
