    Service

    Mr. Chon was very knowledgable, I asked him several questions and had answers for everything with no hesitation I felt very comfortable and didn’t have any trouble trusting him. I would highly recommend him for a promotion, Also I can see him running the company in time.

    Excellant service

    My mom and I are are happy with Vince and the team from Klimit Pete,Jessie, and Adam who installed her new furnace today.. Everyone was helpful answered all our silly questions. Explained everything in detail. Showed my Mom how her new thermotat works . She's so happy to have heat.All in all we would highly recommend their service to family and friends. and anyone who would need a new furnace. Thanks guys ?? Vince for all your help a perfect 10 out of 10

    tankless heater and thermostst

    Nothing But Problem, No Heat No Hot Water for 6 dys. Had 5 techs already come in ,they have no idea what they are looking for, just kept changing parts by guessing . try to get the new unit no help there either. everylittle thing its different dept. will never recommend to anyone.

    New Efficiency Furnace

    Had a great experience with a representative named John Eagle who walked us through the improved efficiencies we will come to expect from a new furnace. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we are looking forward to a more consistent temperature in our home once the new system is installed.

    Christmas Eve and no heat,

    Christmas Eve and no heat, furnace abl Out a month old, Dave from Reliance was over and gave us heat. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We e We're very pleased with his service.

    HOT WATER TANK

    Very pleased to have a service man out on Christmas Eve day, see the problem and send someone out to replace our hot water tank on Christmas day morning. That is real service! Thank-you ever so much, it was greatly appreciated.

    hot water tank repair

    Repairman arrived on Christmas day to repair hot water tank. Replaced burn tube, then discovered the control unit was defective as well. Because it was a holiday he arranged to get the parts store open in Windsor. He returned an 1.5 hours later made the repairs and we were back in business. Great service.

    furnace

    Had a very professional technician by the name of Cameron Alkins come to our house for a furnace job he was very professional fast courteous and in good humour being Christmas eve in all very impressed thank you very much .

    Leaking Hot Water Tank

    My hot water tank was leaking from the pressure release valve. Service man Ron B changed the valve, adjusted the tank and corrected a problem with the water intake to the tank. All done right the first time, at a reasonable cost. Paid for a part not covered by the rental agreement. Friendly repairman that explained the problem and services offered by Reliance.

    Hot water tank

    Had a new hot water tank put in by Sam & Matt, who were very professional in the job. Hot water is already flowing thanks to those two hard working professionals, and would like to say to all the staff at reliance home comfort have yourselves a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
