    Yearly Maintenance of Lennox Heater

    The technician from Reliance called before the appointment and came in on time, very professional and explained the overall condition of the unit. I got the yearly Maintenance Plan Option offered by Reliance and it pays off in one visit, cheaper than having to make a service call when you need a service.

    Water Heater repair on rental

    Wednesday night we had no hot water. I called for service Thursday morning and was given an appointment for later that day between 7 and 11 pm. Service Tech called about 5 and asked if he could come earlier. He came immediately and resolved the issue without any problems. Very happy with the service.

    Reliance protection plan department is CRAPPP and customer services is Hopeless

    Protection plan from Reliance is so CRAPPPP.. Don't start with them, as to just cancel it will take ages no matter how many escalations you raise it doesn't matter to them.. All you receive is Reference number and no action. But one think you get on time is the Bill.. And all they blame is on different departments.. Such a Unpleasant experience

    Broken Furnace

    Our Furnace broke yesterday and I called to have someone come and repair it. in less then 24hrs someone was here and it was completely fixed. I wanted to mention the technicians name because he was absolutely amazing; his name is Leland (id .0940). He was fast, professional, and explained everything that was going on with my furnace and the repairs that needed to happen. I have only had positive experiences with Reliant and would highly recommend them to anyone

    Tommy from Reliance Home Comfort visited my home to quote us on a new furnace and air conditioner. I truly appreciate how punctual he was. This well mannered knowledgeable gentleman gave insightful tips and honest information towards our home situation. Thank you for enjoying your job and making our life more happier.

    Didn't show for service. I wasted 4 hours waiting

    Tech called and left a voicemail before coming. Good. Except that he left his phone number so garbled I couldn't call back. So instead of coming to my home (I was home waiting for 4 hours) he didn't show at all. When I call the 1-800 number to find out his contact info I'm told he has already gone to the next appointment so I have to rebook. Who pays me back for the 4 hours of work I missed? Very unprofessional.

    Furnace humidifier install

    Had a furnace humidifier installed today by an awesome tech B. Doyle our of the Kingston, ON office we are very happy with the work he did. However we had our HVAC system installed over 2 years ago and it was supposed to be installed at that time... we have been struggling to have the humidifier installed for far too long, and let me tell you living in a home that’s at 0% humidity throughout the winter months is not ideal! To say the least. Various staff at Reliance gave us every excuse under the sun as to why it was not installed from day one, we had to call countless times to get this done!! Very frustrating! Silver lining was the installer, Mr. Doyle.... thank you!! You have allowed us to breathe a bit easier!

    Product and customer service

    This is the WORST company to deal with EVER . I have been experiencing issues with my hot water , heating and cooling system for over a year now . Minimum 15 visits from technicians all with different stories . They tried to get $400 + labour from me saying the mixing valve needs replacing. Later to find out there are 9 missing components in the system .. I had an app. Scheduled September 15 and they never showed ... still waiting for his call back to book Supervisors have promised to call back and never reached out to me .. one of them called 3 weeks later saying the district manager Shay no longer works in my district and she didn’t have an answer for me.. pathetic ! They have booked appointments to come to my house without me even booking the appointment.. Norma (supervisor) seeems to be the only help so far , she has reached out and tried to assist me . She’s friendly and responsive . Please beware of this company ! They will try to manipulate you and take advantage . Worst experience dealing with Reliance

    Tankless Nat. Gas Water Heater (new installation)

    Everything went perfectly. The two tech's are clearly well trained and experienced professionals. We have hot water in time to use the cottage at Christmas. Fantastic service. The technicians were unfailingly polite and explained everything. They cleaned up after their work and left no debris or boxes behind.

    disappointed with services

    Hi dear, My name is manpreet virdi and I had a very bad experiance with your services as I recently moved in this new house ( 5 everingham circ Brampton ont l6r0r6) I called earlier that I don’t get enough hot water as a technician came in and told me that is a plumbing issue I called in plumber and he checked he said everything is fine and he charged me $150 for coming in and checking it but few days later my tank was leaking and damaged my whole wood floor which I need to replace the floor thats gone cost me more than $4000 and and now they put a new water heater because the old one was damaged the guy who came to check first didn’t even check the it didn’t even check anything just said its a plumbing issue and left which happened because of the wrong information given by your technician if the first one would have checked that properly I would not have to pay to plumber and my floor is going to be fine at my previous home I had services with ever care I called them at nite and my water heater was replace next early morning I don’t even have to wait for a day. With your services I have to wait for 4 days to get hot water very bad services. even though your tech wrote about the wood floor damage as he saws it. I want you guys to replace my floor and pay me back for whatever I had paid to the plumber. And need to be fixed as soon as possible Thanks, Manpreet virdi 6477603700
