Our home comfort adviser Dean Timpany did a great job looking after our comfort needs. Upon learning we were without heat, he worked non stop to ensure we could obtain a new furnace and get it installed asap. Very professional, approachable, and over all salesman. Did not try to sell us anything but rather found and offered exactly what we needed without any excess pressure to purchase or spend extra money. Highly recommended.

I got great information last evening and the service man from Reliance today on my Hot water tank whether to convert or not to convert tHIS INFORMATION VERY IMPORTATANT IN ME MAKING MY DECISION

Terry was very informative and helpful When ordering our air conditioner for our home ! He was easy to talk to and not pushy in his sales which put me at ease Thankyou Terry !!!

Furnace and air conditioner were installed in a timely manner. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable, and recommended that I do a call back in the spring to finish air conditioner installation.

I’m so happy with how the works aredone. From the salesperson Jessie to the workers changing furnace and pipes. All was done so quickly and neatly. They left no mess in my house.

Needed to switch out old oil furnace and remove oil tank. Decided to give Reliance my business. The young men that installed the furnace were very professional helpful and made sure we knew how to run the thermostat, and that the unit was working properly before they left. They cleaned up after they were done. Very happy so far with everything.

As somebody who has been living in the country and on a different type of heating, I was very satisfied that the technician, Chris, allowed me to sit with him as he worked and ask him questions. I haven't had a furnace for over 25 years, and this was our first tune-up after moving into our home here in the city. Chris explained what he was doing each step of the way: what he was removing, the condition of the key parts, the efficiency level of the furnace, the significance of the number readings, how furnaces have changed, what furnaces and packages were available, indications of a furnace getting older, and how to maintain optimal performance. It was a very informative session. I was impressed by his expertise, his ability to communicate in layman's terms, and his patient, unhurried approach with me. A first-rate job!
