I contacted Reliance for a quote on replacing my hotwater tank with a tankless system. Their consultant (Brandon) arrived on a short notice and gave a good quote on tankless heater. He also gave me a quote for a combi-boiler to replace the old gas boiler and HWT all at once. The price was reasonable (compared to competition) and we decided to replace both with a combi-boiler. The installations went smoothly and done on time. The system has been running with no problems for the past couple of months now.

Sarah Rotz, our reliance home comfort advisor, was very kind, knowledgeable, and guided my wife and I to the correct decision in choosing our new home comfort system. Our home is 19 years old and still has the original furnace and air conditioner from when the house was built. We noticed ice build up on the outside air conditioner and water forming underneath the furnace inside our basement. My wife and I knew it was time to upgrade our home comfort system and so after a visit from Michael, another great Reliance home comfort technician, we pretty much knew what needed to be done. Sarah, called me shortly after Michael's visit and we set up a meeting after my work day to discuss our options. Sarah was very personable, and she made us feel at ease, while describing to us why our current system was out dated and out of code. She gave us a thorough explanation of our current system and how it was lacking in performance in many areas. My wife and I are confident in Sarah's expertise and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to access their current heating and air conditioning status. Thank you, Sarah, for all your help.

Great customer service. Mike, the home comfort consultant was thorough during the first visit until the installation day. Installation was awesome, fast, clean and efficient. So far, I'm very happy with Reliance.

I was satisfied with my service tech(Stefan) . He was very thorough and explained the way in which my furnace works in great detail. I feel well informed and will use this service again.

Disappointing to see that I bought a home 3 years ago and took over a hot water tank rental from Reliance and they did not mention or offer a new tank. I've calculated that the previous owner and I have invested over $8000 in payments for a inefficient hot water tank valued at less than $900 new.

Technician came a little earlier..in fact before window time frame given..big plus! Since we just got a new water heater installed less than a month ago..not having hot water again for a day was...omg syndrome..but the tech was quick to find the issue, fix it and on his way..not to mention that he was really nice and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it..Amazing experience indeed..thank you!

Received a quote at 3 pm on Wednesday and AC unit was installed by 10 am the next day. Excellent service. Everything explained in detail. No surprises. Very professional presentation.

Very quick and professional. Didn't have to wait long within the time frame they gave me. Service was polite and he put down carpet savers on the stairs. Made sure everything worked correctly before he left.

Excellent service from start to finish. I booked my in home consultation to have the new equipment purchased and within 5 days it was installed. The salesperson was excellent and the installation team was outstanding.
