Hys and Ryan did an awesome job installing our new equipment. Very tidy, very professional and when all was done everything worked as expected and you wouldn't even know anybody had worked here. Great job, would recommend again. Brian.

I came home to our A/C unit not working on a humid day. Our neighbor just had a new ac unit installed. They recommened reliance we called them at 530. Jeff came over right away we thought it would take a week or more. We arranged to have new ac unit in the next day! Again shocked it wasnt going to take 2 weeks. Luciano & Kyle installed everything. They were very nice do was Jeff. They had walkway carpet put down which was nice. Excellent job! Will recommend

Needed a new ac unit the work was done promptly and very clean, Braydon and AJ worked very well and polight. They explained what was to be done and did an outstanding job thanks for all your help.

I am a little late writing this but in June 2017 - We had Brent (1414) come out and it was a hot hot day who came out and fixed our air conditioner. Brent was pleasant, did his job well, cleaned up after and explained everything to us and our grandson who totally asked a lot of questions. I would have Brent back to fix any of our repairs if needed. He was awesome and is a great asset to Reliance. Thanks Brent! :)

I would like to thank Reliance for sending Wesley to help us with water tank on Aug 22, 2017. he was very helpful and gave us plenty of information while he was working. He helped educated us on how to use and maintain our furnace/Air Conditioner which was more than expected. I would also like to thank Reliance for sending Danny Potts to replace the leaking hot water tank today, Aug 31, 2017. Danny is very handy/skillful and got the heavy replacement work done very efficiently by himself alone. Even though we expected a brand new appliance replacement rather than a used but functioning one, Danny fulfilled his duty perfectly.

HVAC Technician David Van Bakel serviced my air conditioning unit today. He was friendly and polite and I found him to be very knowledgeable about the products we discussed. He went above and beyond answering any questions I had and I will definitely recommend David in the future. Thank you.

The service was very good, Tom the service technician was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took the time to communicate the process what he did and why and explained the results in clear and concise manner.

I Called reliance this morning about the hot water tank…I was contracted within a ½ hr. from the Fire & security Centre in Dryden Ontario…that they would be sending out a repairman, right after 12...The worker was…very friendly, very professional and I’m back having hot water, This isn’t the first time I’ve had Fire & Security out to the house, to repair the hot water tank, and every time I’ve always be Extremely happy with their service, Thank you. i have a plumbing maintenance service with Reliance , when I called in to book for toilet leaks repair, the Plumber ( Kris Bishop ) was so courteous and he did an excellent job not leaving a drop of water on my bathroom floor. He was very well equipped and I was so impressed on how quick the job was done.
