Had a wonderful experience today with Manjeet Warraich. My A.C. was just giving a mild cool air. Wonderful guy did an amazing job, very polite, efficient and punctual. He was spot on diagnosing the problem and very thorough with his solution. Thank you very much. I highly recommend Reliance.

After a disappointing missed service call where the technician did not call before he dropped by and we missed him, we had a great call with Philip. Philip called ahead of time and we were able to meet him.Philip was friendly, professional and personable. He performed the service and explained in detail what he was doing and answered all our questions. Thanks Philip for the great service!

Leland came first thing Sunday morning. He was very friendly. He fixed the problem with the AC and also checked and changed the filter on the furnace while he was here. Great guy, great service. 10/10 for Leland! Thank you.

Called on Friday to Reliance, "No hot water and have 2 babies at home". On Saturday at 1pm reliance sent an unprofessional technician that said it's nothing to do with reliance and to call a plumber. We called 2 plumbers, paid the plumber and the plumber said the problem in the reliance equipment/ hot water tank. Called again to reliance and they sent on Sunday at 9am Arash Setayesh, a great professional technician that found out the problem in the reliance hot water tank , a clogged pipe blocked by calcium built up. He replaced the pipe and fixed the leaking part that the other reliance technician put in the wrong place. Arash was wonderful! Business can go down or succeed depending on its people!!! The weakest link can take them down. Keep the good ones, like Arash!!!

The only reason they get a 5 is because they guys that installed my furnace were awesome but the sales rep was not very good. Told me they would throw in an upgraded filter for free but they never did, guys installing it we're never told so I called the sales rep, he said don't worry I'll take care of it and I never heard from him again. I called reliance to complain only to get no where, just kept on getting sent to someone else. I was told the sales manager was gonna call me back to take care of everything and I never heard from him. So just a bunch of bums that just want my money. Still haven't heard from anyone. I hope they don't expect to be paid because I won't be paying if I'm not satisfied.

Just bought a house and the hot water heater was very old. Called reliance and within an hour or so they had some one over to replace it no charge. The workers were very professional and quick. Extremely happy with the service

I called Reliance on Friday with an annoying noise every time my AC turned on. I got the Appt date and time I wanted and a call from CHRIS B the service tech to let me know he was on his way. CHRIS B was polite and efficient. Talked with my kids and didn't mind that they followed him around. CHRIS found the problem and fixed it right away! Thanks Reliance!

We have had problems with our water heater before and reliance came in to fix it. The next week it broke down again. They sent someone to fix it for the second time and he just left half way without even telling us. We complained and they sent another person and he did the same thing. We have been stuck with ice cold water in the house for almost 2 weeks now. Time to switch!

Our AC broke down and James was here to diagnose the problem in the hour. The next day we met with Sara to learn about our options. Sara was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave us all the options for ACs and didn't pressure us into making a decision. She was punctual for our appointments and very friendly. She was also very understanding about rescheduling our appointment and flexible to meet us on our schedule. She responded to our calls and emails right away. Her customer service is top notch and she represents Reliance with great professionalism. Thanks Sara! ☺
