The repair man that came to the house was extremely friendly and efficient. Fixed the problem, cleaned up after himself, and explained what was wrong. Wish I would have gotten his name.

Erik was absolutely incredible! He advised me on the best water heater for my needs, guided me through the process, and arranged for us to get immediate service from a plumber and HVAC. The reason we decided to upgrade my system was due to the no pressure explanation provided by the service associate: Ben To my great delight the installers for the Furnace and AC (Brendan and Devon), and the next day for the Tankless WH (Adam) were just as professional, knowledgeable, efficicent and accommodating. The technician came to do a maintenance cleaning on our A/C but ended up showing us how to utilize and save energy with our filter. He also changed our smart thermostat because it was giving us issues. He took the time to make sure everything was in working order and that we understood our new equipment. He went above and beyond our expectations

Hot water tank wasn't working, called Reliance and the technician came promptly. He was here no more than fifteen minutes and he had the hot water tank up and running.

Fast service with friendly and attentive installers. Very respectful and neat both installers. Efficient and quick service from arrival to completion. Showed me how to program my thermostat and took the time.

Our exterior exchange unit had intermittent failures. An initial visit remedied the situation temporarily, Upon failing once again a second repair person diagnosed the failure more fully but was unable to remedy because a replacement parts had to be ordered. Within 24 hours the parts arrived and a technician (Mark #110269) arrived. This gentleman worked in excess of an hour in the direct sun to repair and restart the unit. In spite of the adverse temperatures he maintained what seemed to be his normal good humour and professional demeanour. We have always been treated well and professionally by Reliance staff, but this young man raised even the high measure another level. Thank You

Have been with Reliance for years with the hot Water tank. After talking to John we are replacing the furnace with a wall unit to do both Hot water heat and hot water tank in one. John was very knowledgable about his products.
