We had been holding out hope for the a/c to last one or two more years. It didn't. After reviewing a number of offers, the decision to update BOTH the furnace and the A/C was somewhat unsettling. The pre-sales support and installation team were quick to deliver a high level of assurance. These gentlemen were exceptional. From the time they arrived, which also was one time; the installation was flawless and the sales person was personable and friendly. The purchase included a 'Nest' thermostat which has so far proven to be a good fit for us. We asked questions and got actual answers not glossed over marketing. I would recommend these people involved in our install to everyone Sales was Morgan, Installers were Ryan and Ossie(?)- June 2017

Met with Will from Reliance and he was very professional and courteous and took the time to sit down with us to explain all of our options and possible rebates. He answered all of our questions and made us feel extremely comfortable with our decision.

i just bought a new house and wanted to replace old hvac system. Reliance sent over Alex B and he was extremely helpful. showed me how everything worked and exactly what i needed. did a rental plan that included everything...which was what i wanted so i don't have to worry about anything.. great customer service and he got me next day install! -Very happy so far, Shumeng

Had great experience with Reliance. Mario the tech was very helpful explaining to us what was wrong with our unit and what we needed in the future. Then Alex B came same day and met me in a coffee shop to help get us our equipment for the next day. Very impressive! Both guys were really nice and very professional. Thanks Reliance! -Behzad

Reliance Service techs were very competent and efficient while removing and installing our new hot water tank. Adam and Hakim were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend these guys!

My AC issues were identified last week. I was pleased with my sales advisor Pat Moncada. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Pat patiently walked through my options and the Rental option fit my budget the best. I would highly recommend Pat and Reliance to my family and friends.

The crew that installed my hot water on demand unit were really great. They were very helpful in answering my questions. They did a fantastic job and I was really pleased. Very polite, and when finished they explained everything to me. They did a great job cleaning up also

Tom was great! He showed up on time and provided a high level of customer service. Tom provided sound advice which demonstrated the he was client focused and truly cared about the customer in front of him. We will use this company again.

My hot water heater had been tripping off almost every day for a week. We called reliance around 6pm one evening and a repairman was at my home the next morning. A very nice gentleman came and determined the cause right away. He repaired our system and was on his way in less than one hour. Very satisfied with the service from reliance

My Ac died.... not a great feeling when it's 30 degrees.... Alex B came out and fixed our problem. He was very nice & professional and showed us exactly what we needed. Also cancelled our cpp for us and added a free one on our furnace! Pulled some strings and got us an install next day so we'd have ac. Thanks! Hasan
