I had a plumber by the name of chris out the other day and he was fantastic. He seemed very knowledgeable and nice. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and why. He made sure that I was happy and everything was tidy before he left. I will definitely use reliance again in the future!

Service was quick. The serviceman (Matthew) very knowledgeable , very courteous. And above all else very helpful. He understood the problem, explained things clearly and resolved the issues. Would love to have him back if I need further service

I called Reliance Home Comfort on Monday to tell them my hot water tank was leaking. Two days later, Trevor the technician from Reliance Home Comfort, showed up to inspect the tank. He indeed confirmed the tank needs to be replaced. I was surprised to find out, he had a new tank for me sitting in his truck. In a little more than an hour i had a new hot water tank! Trevor was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly answering all my questions. It was a pleasant and painless experience. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend anybody to use Reliance Home Comfort as their source for home comfort appliances!

Excellent service by Sherry. Punctual and fast. Knew the problem very quickly and fixed it without issues. Reliance also gave the appointment the next day which is appreciated. I would recommend them.

Two different men were sent at two different times and both were courteous informative and quick to do their work. A job well done. I would most definitely deal with them again.

Air conditioner stopped working - Called for an appointment mid morning and service rep arrived by noon. Service was excellent and speed of response even better. Ryan Gallagher brought with him the cover which was never delivered to me initially And replaced the defective component immediately. Excellent company because the workers are A plus! Thanks Ryan!

Reliance was able to send a technician out to my rental house within two hours of my call. Manjeet Warraich fixed the A/C very quickly and explained the issue perfectly.

We contacted Reliance Home Comfort about one year ago for an estimate on a new furnace, AC and humidifier. Frank Torchia came to our newly renovated home to talk about the different packages that were being offered. He went through the specs and performance capacities of each item and worked with us to come up with units that were suitable for our home. In addition to his exceptional knowledge of the products he sells, Frank worked out an excellent price for us! About a week ago, I emailed Frank to ask him how we could order a new AC cover, as the one originally provided was damaged due to some minor construction. Frank told us he'd take care of it, ordered a new one for us and told us it was complimentary! It's great to know that Home Reliance and Frank Torchia's exemplary service was not just about "getting the sale", but about building true customer satisfaction. Would recommend Home Reliance to anyone...and if you get Frank Torchia as your Home Comfort Advisor...you've lucked out!!
