I recently called reliance for regular maintenance and inspection. The guys that came out were great. They were fast and courteous amd cleaned up after themselves. They also called in a concern they had with my noisy A/C condenser outside. Joe F. Showed up within two hours. This guy really knew his stuff. after inspecting and assessing the unit, Joe explained what was up with my a/c. He was professional and courteous but most of all efficient. I could tell that Joe really does enjoy the work he does and I know that for Joe, customer satisfaction is key. Thank you reliance!!

Excellent experience with Reliance Home Comfort installation. Vince made sure everything went smoothly and Bernie did an excellent job on the installation. We are extremely pleased with the way things went.

Jesse was a great, knowledgable salesman with timely organization skills to make our install qualify for all rebates. The installation crew (John and Danny) were neat and tidy and completed the job very quickly.

Our gas water heater stopped working. No hot water and the water heater exhaust fan ran continuously. The White/Rogers Intelli-Vent display indicated error # 11 "High Temperature Thermal Cut-off". Reliance tech replaced the White/Rogers gas valve.

My service appointment was set up ,very efficiently.The technician was on time.He did a very thorough job.He answered my questions very professionally. He cleaned up his work area very well. Cudos to technician---David DAA4271. Jim McDonald

Removal of old tub and plumbing was done, and new tube with new plumbing installed. It was a lot of work, but it was done extremely well! I am VERY happy with their work!

My central air was no longer working. I called Reliance on Thursday and they booked an appointment with me for three days later. This was very fast service! The technician sent, Mac, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative toward myself and my family on what the issue was and what was required to resolve the situation. I feel he went over and above what was required of him as he also provided helpful comments like informing me the lights on my vehicle were left on and advising on future care of my central air and furnace. I was very satisfied with his service!
