    New AC and Furnace Installation Rental

    I had a new furnace and AC installed Aug 16 2022. Agreement was 10 months no payments. I received 3 months no payments only? The agreed rental was total $140.22 taxes included but this changed to $145.99 on my first bill and continues to this date April 5th 2023. I have been working with Reliance Customer Service since Aug 2022 to resolve these issues and Reliance has not listened or fixed it. I also paid $565 for furnace vent installation that I needed. Reliance technicians said they would install the vent in the following weeks but this did not happen. I addressed the with Reliance Customer Service Aug 2022 and they never did install the venting but kept my $565. Since then I had another company fix it since Reliance would not.

    New furnace and new air-conditioner

    They were quick and effective. They explained everything and were helped and cleaned up after themselves.

    Furnace and AC

    Great service from start to finish from the Advisor to the installers. Advisor went into detail on equipment and the installers did not stop working on installation of equipment. All took the time to answer all our questions. We would recommend this company.

    Water Heater

    The technician installed a new tankless water heater. The technician was friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend

    First Service in 3 years

    We decided to rent the Furnace and ac instead of buying but I now regret doing so as we are thinking of selling the house and we will end up having to buy it anyway and weve been paying rent for 3 years. We just had first service for 3 years. The service guy (Richard) was friendly, very prompt and efficient.

    Installation of furnace & air conditioner

    the technicians did a great job installing new furnace & air conditioner, fast and clean work. furnace works well, when weather gets hot all see how air conditioner works.

    No hot water

    No hot water. Technician arrived next day. Strong wind blew the pilot light out. Chris was very friendly. Thank you

    plumbing

    We had a leak from the city line coming in the house before our meter in the basement the guy was great and fixed it and with all the rain and snow my sump pump was humming and he said im going to have a look at it glad he did i would say he saved us from a flood the pump was stuck and he got it going money well spent on their Service packages
