An appointment was booked quickly and suited my time constraints. Phil (Plumber) came over to deal with two issues, a blocked tub drain and a leaking hot water tap. He replaced both taps and snaked out the drain quickly and efficiently, answered the questions I had, informed me of the protection plan and did not pressure me when I did not sign up at this time due to budget limits.

Next day service in a time slot that was convenient to me. Phil arrived promptly, explained what needed to be done, answered questions asked, no high pressure protection plan 'sale', did work quickly and efficiently. Polite and very professional demeanor. Prices seemed reasonable for both jobs done.

Daniel and Chris called before they came. Arrived on time. Worked efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up. They answered all of our questions. All in all they made the whole experience painless. Woke up the next morning to the furnace not working, call customer service to be told that a service person would come the next day to fix the furnace. When I insisted they send James to fix it. He was excellent. Very helpful and professional. The furnace worked for a little while then stopped again. I insisted and James came back. Got is going again. The next evening the furnace stopped again and was told that they did not have anyone to come and look at until the next day. The people who work for Reliance have been great but Reliance has to hire more technicians to maintain proper customer service. We should never be without heat with a new furnace.

Randy Breiland came to our home for the yearly maintenance check of our furnace and air conditioner. He was professional and courteous. After checking on our units he noticed we had a gas fireplace and gave us pointers on our upkeep of the fireplace. He certainly did not need to do this but we learned some pointers we did not know about. We recieved excellent service.

Today Grant from Reliance, North Bay, was at our home to fix our air conditioner and for general maintenance on our furnace. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. He took the time to assist us with our thermostat. We just moved to this house and we have had numerous issues. This experience with Grant and Reliance was very positive. Thanks Grant

Vince the salesman came in, great person, not pushy, broke it all down, did the math on rent or own. Came in to check up when the installers were in. Adam and the install team, top notch, clean, quite, very helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating, great crew, I'd take them from reliance in a new york minute. My dad and father in-law approve of the workmanship!

On Friday morning , I noticed we were out of hot water, and since I'm disabled I had to wait for my husband to arrive home at lunch. He called Reliance and a service technician came before 5 that night, it worked for a little, then stopped again, someone came in the morning and got it going again and he said we needed a replacement, so he said they would call. Jezmar came on Sunday and installed the new gas water heater. He was excellent, professional and freindly, as were the other repair men that came to our house .

Great experience with the Sales person explaining the choice of products and performance. Water heater installers were on time, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. On finishing took the time to explain the knobs and adjustments..

My mother's old purchased electric water heater was all rusty and about to leak/flood the house. The Sudbury Reliance folks took my booking for an appointment over the phone without question (I was calling from Toronto), and John Savage showed up on time and did a terrific job taking out the old heater and installing a new gas water heater rental for us. He was very professional and careful with Mom's house and other belongings.

Our hot water heater, furnace, and AC are rented from Reliance and we also subscribe to their plumbing program. The latter definitely came in handy recently when out water mixing valve had to be replaced. It would've usually been $300-500 but cost nothing when subscribed to the program. Jocelyn F arrived the day after we called. She was extremely professional, very nice to chat with, and got the job quickly. She also gave some advice about dealing with our hard water issue. We would definitely be happy to have her come back whenever another issue arises.
