    New furnace and A.C.

    We have a rental and maintenance option on our furnace and air conditioner. After 19 years, it was time for an upgrade. The old Carrier furnace was 92-94% efficient. The new furnace, SmartAir by Reliance is supposed to be 95-96%. Time will tell. We also had a new thermostat installed, The Nest by Google. That should also help with its efficiency.

    Service Call

    I called about my hot water tank dripping. A technician was at my front door within 2 hours -Excellent prompt service. The technician was very pleasant and helpful.

    Air Handler

    Blocked pipe

    Reliance person came in and cleaned out a blocked kitchen sink pipe. He was very professional and courteous. We also dicussed strategies to aleviate further blockages. Very good experiance over all.

    Service call to fix the furnace

    Came to do a service call an hour after I called, very professional and courteous. Got heat back on.

    Water System Check

    Great service from beginning to end. When I called to make an appointment the person on the other end of the line was really helpful. And when the service guys showed up they helped us learn about our system and what it needed. I wish reliance had many more home services to offer like vent cleaning etc. Would be great to call one spot for everything.

    boiler

    My boiler stopped working so Reliance was here after calling 2 hours prior. Inspection showed no power to the boiler so I have an appointment for it to be replaced tomorrow. Great service.

    furace repair

    The blower on my furnace was not working and Dave from Reliance came and went beyond his duties to find me a replacement part. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would highly recommend Dave, and Reliance for an excellent job. I am now enjoying a warm house. Thank you Dave!!!!!
