Reliance Home Comfort reviews (13630)

If your furnace break down, take my word for it no need to spend hours like me searching, just call "Reliance home comfort" you will be suprise and amaze the service you receive. They're extremely HONEST & RELIABLE. Anyway, last Satursday my furnace broke down, spending hours searching and reading reviews for a good technician to come for service... I come across "Reliance Home Comfort" after reading many of their past reviews I ended up calling them early Sunday morning. Within 2 hours Rob arrived, as he worked on the fix he explained what were wrong, I have the parts replace cost about $180. Rob insisted not paying him yet, he said let get through the night to ensure everything works well then he'll bill me later, in the evening he even followed up to ensure the furnace 's still running well, few days later I called him to ensure he has bill me for the service, Rob emailed me the bill and for my convenience he even came by to pick up the payment. I 've never seen in my life anyone going the extra mile to provide such great responsible service to their customers. THANKS a mil, Rob ! and yes, my furnace 's still running perfectly since :)

Recently I had to get my hot water tank replaced.It turns out that the problem of not having hot water was a plumbing issue. Ross #4346 called me to ask if he could come earlier (how often does that happen ?). He immediately identified the problem and repaired it within short period of time. He is knowledgeable, polite and has a cheerful demeanor. He is a definite asset to Reliance.

I called Reliance Home Comfort in Sudbury Ontario on Thursday @ 4:00 to get our Hot Water Tank repaired. The job was completed by noon the following day. The dispatcher happily arranged for the repair guys to contact me when they were ready to fix the tank. I didn't have to hang around while hoping to be called sometime between 10:00 - 2:00. They called my cell phone when they arrived and I went to go meet them.

Jason R my sales rep gave me some great options and incentives for a new furnace and AC. My old water heater was also due for replacement. Lucas came and replaced the water heater. Very professional and efficient. Mike M and Rob D came to install the furnace and Air. When I saw the AC unit I thought it was too big for the side of our house. Even though they were a fair ways into the install they agreed to stop and install a different brand. This caused them considerable extra time and effort and no additional install cost to me. They were professional and said you need to be satisfied so we will make it happen. Good Job

Adam Tech #120 was a great technician. I had an old water tank that was leaking and he replaced the whole water tank and pipe. He was informative, efficient and he did a good. What I really liked was that he explained to me the proper way to shut off the main water valve and gas so I know how to handle if such a situation arises in the future. As well he also recommended other Reliance services for my heating and cooling system. Thanks Adam for helping me and my family out today.

Contatacted Reliance to have an upgrade from electric to gas. Within a week Jeff the installer #2995 was at my door. Mine wasn't the easiest install but there was never a single complaint. Beyond professional and very friendly. Felt like an old friend was doing the work!!!

Mike M. And Rob D were very thorough and very knowledgable about their work. They were extremely pleasant while they were in my home. I didn't hesitate to leave them here as I took my son out for a couple of hours. Would definitely refer these guys!!!

When I called I got okay service over the phone but the gentleman that came to my house did an amazing job was very nice when he left there was no mess left behind and barely any water very impressed thank you so much!!!!

Thanks to Jordan Taylor, my furnace was thoroughly cleaned, and the maintenance was done pleasantly in a very orderly manner. And was done during the scheduled time agreed by the telephone arrangements.

Tim Sylvester, team member #3520 came to my house to replace our water heater. We couldn't locate the water shut off valve so he said try to locate it and that he would come back in the evening so we didn't have to go another day with no hot water. We did locate it and he came back as promised. I was sick in bed and he worked quick and quite. he had an issue with fitting the new tank in the space provided and with my husbands help they got it in with no complications. New tank looks and works perfect. He is a very polite and dedicated worker, thanks Tim!!
