    New furnace and air conditioner

    The techs spent a long day replacing and installing our furnace and added a new air conditioner. They were very neat and courteous and answered all of our questions. Would recommend them anytime. Jan and Barry

    Text book Service!

    Recently, we signed up for the plumbing feature offered through Reliance. Murphy's law, the flanges on our toilet broke. This meant that our seal was "going to break" any day if it went unattended. I reminded my husband that we'd signed up and so he called and Phil, our Service Tech came out today. He put the booties on so as not to mark our floor, removed the toilet, fixed the problem and put new clear caulking around the toilet. Start to finish was 1 hr. And prior to Phil's arrival, he called to say he was a bit tied up in Amherstburg and would be at our home in 40 minutes. We were impressed he called. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Two thumbs up for this Service Tech - Phil!

    New Furnace

    The guys were very curtious, clean and did an awesome install in less time than expected. They explained the changes and the new operation so I understood what to expect and what I had to do to maintain and operate.

    hot water tank instillation

    the service technition and helper where very polite and professional. the replacement of the old electric water heater to natural gas was done quickly and efficiently .they cleaned up after job was done so as you wouldn't even know any one was here . VERY IMPRESSED !!!!!!

    water heater replacement

    had sewage backup worker 3047 Josh explained everything and replaced tank apology for experience i had with first service man. Josh 3047 was polite soft spoken answered my questions and did his job respectfully explaining everything He was prompt on arriving and care full removing and bringing in new tank of my property. Thank you

    Plumbing repair

    We noticed there was a sound of dripping water coming from the tub area last night so we checked out the access for the bathtub pipes and sure enough there was a leaky pipe. We called Reliance at around midnight and we were happy when they told us someone would be out in the morning to help us. Sure enough next morning Phil the plumber showed up. He was very polite and positive. He fixed the leaky pipe and explained what caused the problem originally. Phil did a great job. He was quick clean and informative. We are very pleased with his service and we think Reliance is a great company. Anyone who has Phil as a plumber is in good hands.

    service furance

    on thursday March 2 our furnace fan quit. we called Reliance and a technician came out to service furnace. He said he would need to order parts and they would arrive the following day. When they had not arrived at 6:00 pm I called the call center and asked about the status of the parts (Friday Mar 3). I was told that the courier had til 8:00pm to deliver, but she could not check the status because the parts depot was closed. When they had not arrived the next morning I again called the call center and was told the parts were scheduled to be delivered that day (Saturday Mar 4). Sunday Mar 5, still no parts. Finally on Monday Mar 6 arrived, not sure what time, they were not there in morning, but when I looked out back door around noon, they were seating at back door. We called to set up an appointment and the technician came out and installed parts that afternoon, he did a great job and I have no issues with the technician. My question is what are Reliance standards to repair a furnace in winter time. If we did not have a fireplace in the home to heat the house (which is not a great option, but it worked), I do wonder what could have happened. We were told by the first technician that it would be a priority because we had no heat, to me 4 days is not a priority. I question myself on why I have signed up for a service agreement on our furnace, if this is your standard.

    Furnace and AC replacement project

    Contacted by MB - Home Comfort Advisor and we decided to update our rental furnace and AC package. The removal of the old units and installation of the new was planned for the next day and was professionally completed. Very impressed by the installation crew, they were all done by the evening. We like the new NEST thermostat.

    UNTIMELY FURNACE CRASH

    Late on a Friday night my 35 year old furnace decided it was going to retire for good . I called Reliance at 11pm and told them I had no heat on this frigid night , they quickly set up a repairman to come out the next morning , and without fail he showed up and after checking it out he told me what I already knew . It was GONZO. He called sales rep to show up right away at my request as i was leaving for holidays in 3 days. Shortly after his call Rick ( Reliance Sales ) showed up. Rick was such a pleasure to deal with explaining everything very clear and confidently. My main concern to him was that this had to get done by Monday. He immediately went into action and set the inspector to show up early Monday and furnace installers to be here as well. Do to the extreme cold Rick delivered to me some temp portable heaters which to hold us over until installation was complete. The Reliance furnace installers Robert and Tom showed up early Monday morning and used matts to ensure no mess would be left and said they would complete by afternoon. Without fail they had completed my furnace and air conditioning installation without a hitch. They did a GREAT job and explained complete operation. Rick was a terrific salesperson who came to followup check that everything was going well. Rick , Robert and Tom were a Great Team and we felt at completion ease that it was handled with such expertise. Reliance should be proud of these 3 team players they represented your company with EXCELLENCE. I would without a doubt recommend Rick as a salesperson. Our holidays the next day was saved and ease that our place wouldn't freeze while away. THANKS AGAIN GUYS. JOHN
