    Leaking humidifier

    Booked an appointment online for same day service - even on a holiday Monday. My technician arrived at the scheduled time. Thava was terrific! He fixed my problem within 1/2hr - and then showed me how to avoid the same problem from recurring. Highly recommend Reliance - and if you're lucky you might get Thava.

    Home Service - Water heater

    Woke up Sunday morning of a long weekend to discover we had no hot water, and our basement floor was covered in water! Looking through various companies online, we came across Reliance and decided to give them a call. Even though we are not existing Reliance customers, within hours we were on a list to have a new water tank installed and had an appointment set up to upgrade to a tankless water heater! Monday morning by 9am a technician was at our door to look at our existing unit, and Monday at 1pm (a holiday) we had an incredible salesperson, Karen, come out to our house to assess the tankless install in get us set up! She was amazing! Called us directly to ensure we had someone look at our tank and took care of all the details for the new water heater directly! Very impressed with the service and quality! Thank you!

    Hot Water Tank

    Hot water tank quit. Called Reliance @ 23:30 hrs. Call was answered within a few rings. Pleasant agent apologized for my tank quitting! Advised a technician would be at my home 13:00-17:00 hrs the next day. Jason Mitruk, technician, arrives on time. He was very knowledgable and had the tank repairs done in no time. He was informative and was helpful in suggesting a review of my aging furnace. Happy with Jason's customer service.

    Hot water tank

    Serviceman Jamie N 0302 responded to our problem. Responded and repaired our issue in a timely professional manner , very helpful and courteous and we were very satisfied with this service man and this company. Will most definitely refer this firm to others.

    Tankless water heater installation

    I called Reliance because we had no hot water and they came out right away and quickly fixed the problem. Erik from Reliance and Jas and his team from Saturn heating and cooling were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Reliance.

    Recent furnace service

    Once a service call was placed, service techs arrived in good time within the scheduled time period. Techs were prompt, polite and friendly. Ordered parts arrived in good time and were installed promptly. This is a definitely show of improvement for Reliance.

    plumbing issue service

    Excellent service provided. Arrived on time, on a seat holiday and fixed the issue I was having with our toilet and bathtub drain. Friendly person. So glad that we have the monthly heating, cooling and plumbing insurance with Reliance. Totally worth it!

    Annual Service Checkup

    Cameron Alkins was courteous, professional and knowledgable during the annual service call. He gave constructive advice regarding a new furnace. Many thanks! Just retiring so I am in no position to get a new furnace at this time - again thanks!

    Water Heater and Air Conditioner (Rent/Purchase)

    I waited several months to write a review on this situation. Initially we were very impressed with the salesman, Dave, that visited us. The A/C appeared to meet our needs, we even "upgraded" to the Bosch Tankless water heater - we were to receive a $200 Visa card (Still don't have it +9 months). The "Customer Specialist" in the Escalation department was to help us - SHE DIDN'T; Dave is apparently trying to help us but again months since they delivered what was promised. Installation of A/C was 5 out of 10. Tankless Heater - 5/10. Buyer Beware! Company does not stand behind their customer in this case. Oh and interesting how a 4 yr old furnace, tankless Water Heater and new A/C has us using more gas and electricity than we EVER have in 15 years.

    Furnace replacement

    The installer lead by MIrza made the day a simple process. They were professional , protected our home from debris and very helpful in helping us know how to operate the new equipment . Were great people and the most honest and competent group I have every had working in my home. Thank you MIrza for a great job and a very pleasant experience . Bill & Sherin
