I had an excellent experience with Dan, a sales worker for Reliance. He was honest about the expenses and attempted to get me every deal possible with purchasing a new furnace. He was courteous and helpful in explaining the benefits of this energy efficient furnace. Dan was very professional, punctual and exactly the kind of guy you want to buy from. I did not feel pressured in any way. In addition, the guys that came to the house were as quiet as possible, cleaned up after themselves, and very efficient.

called reliance as our hot water was not working. This was on a sunday about 1:30 p.m. Called the 1-800 # and it was answered by a live person almost immediately after some questions via promps. She was very polite and after taking all my information she had a work order made out and said i would hear from a contractor today regarding the problem. Within the hour i received the call from the repair person who said they would be at our house within 1hr. True to his word they showed up and repairs were done in a timely manner. Very happy with the service from reliance as well as the agent they used in my case. Gary

So..my hot water heater quit...heating the water. The unit is a rental and instead of waiting days Reliance Heating was there in a few hours. A young and capable tradesman named Jacob came and promptly identified the problem as two loose wires. He re-attached them properly and tipped his hat and said "I can't charge you for that, Sir." Unbelievable. This is my second dealings with this company and each time it has been a terrific experience.

Hello, I had a problem with the fluctuation of temperature in my taps and shower. Service plumber "Phil" came and quickly and efficiently repaired the problem by replacing the valve. Thank you Lina Callender

I phoned many months ago inquiring about the cost of furnace n air con. Reliance phoned me back about it. So made appointment with Daniel McDougall from Calgary. He met us and gave us great options and recommended and gave us great prices and special offers. He phoned us again and offered us an excellent price for Amana furnace and air conditioning. We are very very happy with the excellent service Daniel gave us. The Sales Manager even phoned us about the status of our purchase! I am impressed! In 2 days the products were installed and Mike and Paul did an excellent job! Overall we have a great experience with Reliance and will definitely recommend it to our friends in the future! My warrantee had just expired, so I setup the protection plan with customer service prior to John's arrival. John reviewed what I had taken and explained the service in depth. I added the plumbing to the package and John set it up for me, saving me the time of calling. The service was impeccable and the employee was polite, professional and personable. I highly recommend Reliance Sudbury.

never do business with anyone associated to Reliance. New hot water heater Dec 18th and currently leaking in my basement at a rate of 10L per hour. Call service and the first thing they want to me to pay the 120. for the water heater that is leaking! After 20 years of payments, damage being done to my basement and they are concerned about an account that of 120.00 that is 9 days past due!!! Reliance Home Comfort is a big company with no concern for their customers...stay away!

I worked with Jody on a recent project and was pleasantly surprised how eager he was to make sure everything was perfect. He went above abs beyond the call of duty several times over the past few months. I couldn't be happier.

Gentleman by the name of Kim Kay dropped around Sat afternoon at the requested time! He was very friendly & immediately went to work! Took approximately 15 min to adjust the heat setting, explained all my options & went on his way! Very professional & lovely to deal with thank you Kay!

Woke up on a chilly February morning to no heat. Called Reliance (we have a maintenance contract). Appointment scheduled between 10 am - 2 pm so I was pleased to have a call scheduled within a few hours as my experience of late has been that even an "emergency" call can take a day or two. Was pleasantly surprised when we got a call that tech could be here even sooner! Joe (RNK 2803) diagnosed the issue, went to get the required parts and we were all toasty warm again in no time. And our maintenance plan meant we avoided a $1000 repair bill! Joe was knowledgeable, courteous, explained the problem and informed of other Reliance service options and plans. Very pleased.
