My furnace was not working in November, I had to repair it and it didn't get fixed. Good thing Reliance had a promotion of 18 months differal program for both futurnace and air conditioning. I had opted in to buy new furnace and air conditioning using this program. I had ups and downs with customer service from booking of the appointments, installations, refund of the repair from the parts because I was trying to repair my old furnace before I bought new one and until the paper work of the new financing agreement of the new one... all I could say, Heather Tait sorted the paper work for financing agreements and the refund of the control board for me (parts from old furnace). It really takes a right person who can represents the values of the company and it is Heather Tait.
