Had a problem of the A/C sliding almost off the outside brackets. Randy #1042 showed up on time and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with the service I received from Randy

Laura made this major purchase an easy decision for us and we thank her! Going the extra mile by providing names of subcontractors and even contacting them for us was fantastic. Thank you Laura!

My furnace was not working in November, I had to repair it and it didn't get fixed. Good thing Reliance had a promotion of 18 months differal program for both futurnace and air conditioning. I had opted in to buy new furnace and air conditioning using this program. I had ups and downs with customer service from booking of the appointments, installations, refund of the repair from the parts because I was trying to repair my old furnace before I bought new one and until the paper work of the new financing agreement of the new one... all I could say, Heather Tait sorted the paper work for financing agreements and the refund of the control board for me (parts from old furnace). It really takes a right person who can represents the values of the company and it is Heather Tait. If you guys need in a need of a new furnace and Air Conditioning from Reliance Home Comfort, find Heather Tait. She is professional, efficient and excellent in customer service! I really appreciated your effort and your service!

Tim and Dustin were fantastic installers. Clean, professional work. Courteous and kind gentlemen. Wonderful to have in our house for an afternoon. From noticing we had a leak in our hot water tank to installation was under 48 hours. Thanks!

I like to consider myself a pretty handy guy. I do most of all my renovations and upgrades. I had come up with a plan in my head of how this tank was going to be installed and how the direct venting would look and where it would go. but when John Savage (DAA 1785) or (DAA 1485) showed up, you can clearly see the professionalism and years of experience at work. John had much better plans and i was very impressed with his work. Not only was he very good at what he does, he was kind and polite. Thanks John for your had work and the enjoyable experience.

Had furnace checked and serviced by Matt Coulomb's DAA3678. Thorough job and explanation of all that was completed and the workings of the furnace. He was friendly and courteous. Great job!!

On Thursday morning the house was cold and the furnance would not run.I checked a couple of things but it still would not work. I called Reliance and the women said a technician would come between 10 and 2 pm. David ( DAA4271 ) called at 11 am and said he would come shortly. Before he came I notice the thermostat was not working. I tried some different batteries ,still no luck. When he came he had new batteries which solved the problem. He was very polite and professional. Great service. William

Very polite and very efficient . both Casey Barill and Davne Vanbahel were quickly replaced my hot water heater after a leak and explained what exactly they were doing. Also telling me specials that they have on new furnaces at the same time.. Excellent job and quickly done.. thankyou

The service man (Grant W DAA4362) was very efficient in his work. Was very helpful explaining on how to change temperature and telling my all the safety features on my unit. He also mention the programs available for me to think about.I would highly recommend theses people for there Great service .Thank you very much to all..Called at 10:20 by 12:30 all was done..Thumbs up all the way :-)
