Air cleaner was not working, Reliance did a service call & confirmed we needed a replacement. Put us in contact with a sales rep, who contacted us the same day. After meeting with the rep, we had a new air cleaner installed within a few days. Installers were quick, efficient and explained the operation of the unit. Both the sales rep and installers were very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are very satisfied customers.

My 40 years old furnace, with Reliance's insurance coverage, finally gave up and part is not available anymore. Reliance gave me a decent offer of a new unit and second day installation. Installation staff reached on time, and furnace was professionally installed. Very satisfied.

I called to have someone come take a look at my furnace and was told someone would be there in the next 5 hours and I dont even think it was 5 minutes after I got off the phone, someone called me to tell me they were on their way. They arrived about 5 minutes after that. Quick and friendly service.

Hello i am writing this review to say Thank you to Darryl Mac Dougall in the Calgary office for coming to my home and helping me when my old softener quit on me. He was patient and kind giving up his supper hour to come. He arranged for a quick install and explained the contract. He came recommended by a friend and the referral was good. Reliance employee the plumber Lee and Zack installed the new unit on schedule within 3 days of signing the contact. Both Lee and Zack were personable and did a great job explaining the unit to me. Thanks to all three and thank you to Reliance for the great service . Definitely will use this company in the future. Keep up the good and honest work. Lynda K

From the time I placed the call to Reliance, the response time was very quick. The copper pipe coming into the hot water tank had a very slow leak that had occurred over time. The technician that came to our home was excellent. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Informed us that the copper piping was not the concern - it was because of the hard water and calcium buildup that caused corrosion. Recommended that we consider a water softener to resolve the issue.

Travis was very professional and gave me great advice on maintenance on my furnace that I can do (cleaning filter) .He also had some information on the hot water tank which I rent from your company. Sharp young man.

My rating is based solely on my experience with Tom (technician) at Reliance, who provided excellent service and went above and beyond to fix my furnace as soon as possible. It was a cold winter Friday (-15C ) and we were waiting on a part to be delivered to my address, but it was delivered elsewhere. If not rectified on Friday, that would mean enduring the weekend without heat. As a result of Toms efforts, my heat was restored that evening. Thanks to Tom, my heat was restored when I needed it the most.
