I had a great experience! The guy (David)DAA4271 came a checked out my hot water tank. Called the installer(Brad)F4249 to see if he could do it after he was done. He picked up the new tank and dropped it off so that the installer could get it done . Both men were great. Answered any questions I had. They were both friendly. Thank you for the great service. And the lady that I spoke to on the phone.

I have the Reliance plumbing protection plan. We had an issue on show taps in a bathroom. This house is very old house and the parts are easy to find in a wholesaler. Bob Fradyley promised he would find them when he inspected it first 10 days ago. Today he finally got the parts and fixed the issue. What an effort he made to solve the minor but important issue. Thanks Bob.

I made an appointment to have my furnace serviced with the 12 point check-up and the technician arrived promptly at the specified time. Matt M. was very courteous and explained everything he was about to do and why. I was so impressed I asked him to schedule me for an annual 21 point check-up that will occur every year so I don't have the furnace break down in the middle of winter.

Brad #4249 was a bit late arriving to the job but when he got here he was quick and effecient and pleasant to talk to he explained what he was doing in words that were easy to understand iwould commend his work and attitude highly

This morning Ryan and Aaron installed a new furnace in my home. They were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I understood my new home heating system. 5 stars guys!

Bought a new home, hot water heater is leaking. Since it's under reliance leasing, I called them to arrange an inspection. They arranged a super nice staff Wes. Good service!

Call reliance to notify of noise in furnace. Technician James L. arrive on schedule. He was very polite. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and organized. He solved the problem immediately. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. Thank you.

Daniel and Lance did a fine job installing our new furnace. They were very clean and did a good job tidying up after the job was done. Daniel was very helpful and informative when setting up the new nest thermostat.
