    Water Softener Instalment

    Dan Simond (4181) came in to install the water softener, had problems with the pipes in our home (older home). Had to do more work than expected to make sure we received the water softener the same day, without us having to take more time off of work for installment. Extremely polite and courteous and definitely went the extra mile and gave outstanding customer service! We are extremely satisfied customers with his service.

    Water Softener Install

    Bob Fradgley (Plumber) 4174 Installed a Water Softener System. Service was friendly, quick & efficient. Provided information on the set up & function & how to maintain the system. Plumber was informative left brochure on other products now available, such as the Plumbing Service & Plans now offered.

    Furnace installation

    The service agents arrived early in the morning and worked the full day. I was fully informed of how to use the system efficiently. I was very pleased with this service and the work done.

    Hot water heater

    I am more then discusted with this company and service. I woke up in the morning to to a flooded basement because the pressure relief valve had failed. I understand hot water heaters fail but there lack service and care for there customer is unbelievable I waited on hold for 35mins when I made my first initial call the woman was very short with me. I was told that the first available person to service my water heater would be 3days. When I inquired about how to get out my rental and just replace the hot water heater myself I was informed that someone would call me back with in 24 to 48 hours to answer my questions. Needless to say I still haven't received that return phone call this company is JOKE! Do your self a favor and just buy a hot water heater with a good warranty by the time something goes wrong with it you'll have paid these clowns 5x over the price of one and not have to play there games

    Plumbing

    Phil, the plumber, called ahead to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time and did the jobs requested in a professional manner, cleaned up after himself and answered any questions in a courteous and friendly manner. I was very impressed by his technical and people skills.

    Water heater replacement

    Andy and Justin came out and replaced my old water heater. They were friendly and knowledgable. A great asset to your company. They explained each step to me clearly and left me with specific instructions on how to operate and care for the new equipment. Many thanks for a job well done!

    Furnace maintenance

    Furnace cleaning and repair.

    Just had my annual furnace service inspection and could not have been more impressed with the technician, Julian Lisicki. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Needed repair was done quickly and efficiently. Exemplary service.

    Upgrade of High Efficient Hot Water Tank

    I called Reliance Home Comfort on Saturday, spoke to Summer, provided wonderful and very pleasant customer service. Appointment scheduled for Monday between 1-4 p.m. Received a call from technician John Savage at 1:40 asking if appropriate time to make installation. The service received was remarkable, the technician John was very knowledgeable, he replaced and made the necessary installation without any problems. I am a very pleased customer and would recommend their service.

    Leaking tub drain.

    I called Reliance as we have Plumbing Insurance with them. The appointment was made quickly and the serviceman arrived on time. He repaired the problem quickly, he was professional and courteous. Good overall experience.
