    Service Request - Aircond and Heating

    I booked service maintenance for my air conditioner and heating last October 2022 and I only received the service in January 2023. It took more than 3 months to get my air conditioner and heater serviced. Reliance Customer Service, and Reliance as a company, suck. The technician however was very courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced in the work her performed. I was fully satisfied with the technician.

    Mixing valve replacement

    Abdel was very professional. He took the time to do the job correctly and ensured my home was left the same way he entered it. After taking some additional time to check everything was running smoothly. Thankyou!!

    Billing

    When I got the service in October I was told that based on current promotion I will get 2 months of free service, but I was being charged and they are not correcting the issue. They kept on saying it will get fixed next billing cycle but they are keep on accumulating with the amount.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Had reliance in my home to replace my hot water tank. Lee and Mark showed up and no one told them or wrote in previous that they needed to lift my old tank out to replace and it was in a confined spot. After these very nice men waited 3 hours for someone to come help assist (Brandon thank you) they completed the job. They were so patient and so very friendly inspite of the difficult situation. I would recommend them to anyone needing this work done.

    Gas water heater replacement

    Our rental water heater had a leak. Technician arrived the next day well within the agreed upon time frame. After inspection technician replaced the faulty heater with a new one. Technician explained the workings of the new heater and that he had replaced a couple of connections that were no longer up to code. Technician was very efficient, frienfly and knowledgeable. Well done.

    Service call for furnace

    Ryan came to the house to fix some issues we were having with the furnace. We had no heat so he immediately started to work on the furnace to get it working. He explained what the problem was and also replaced my filter. Ryan was very professional, efficient and kind. I appreciate his help today.

    Furnace humidifier and ultraviolet sensor

    Jason recommended that I replace the old humidifier and that the ultraviolet sensor will add to the life of the furnace. He explained everything very clearly. I was very impressed with his knowledge, and he was very professional.

    The repairman Kevin was courteous, knowledgeable, worked neatly and efficiently to fix the problem. He took time to explain and gave good advice .

    Hot Water Tank

    Id like to compliment Joey and Jason for the excellent service they provided us on Dec. 29. We made a call on Dec 28 for an installation of a hot water tank and the next day like they promised were at our house. You have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of our friends to Reliance.
